Hello and welcome to Landhaus Krabbe in 26736 Greetsiel.
Home is where you feel at home
We have furnished our holiday flat according to this guiding principle.
Of course, every guest is unique and has different requirements, but we have created a feel-good atmosphere through a mix of, for example, high-quality furnishings, high-quality mattresses, lovingly coordinated home accessories, regular modernisations, etc., which gives every guest a feeling of " arriving".
Whether as a couple, for hours of togetherness or as families to simply have enough time for just that, our holiday flat is the right place.
With the family-friendly furnishings, we have thought of a baby cot, high chair, socket protectors, games, books, drawing utensils, sand toys, beach shell, etc.
Our couples enjoy their togetherness in front of the fireplace or at almost any time of the year in the beach chair, where a fire basket is available for a"romantic fire".
Our Best Agers enjoy the comfort of the extra-high mattresses, the floor-to-ceiling shower and the almost barrier-free ground floor location.
You can enjoy the fresh North Sea air in a relaxed atmosphere on our sheltered south-west terrace, which is equipped with an electric awning.
All shops for your daily needs are within walking distance.
The holiday flat has two bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping possibilities, 1 x double bed and 1x 2 single beds
The living/dining room is very bright due to a large window front and offers a view into the garden.
There is a parking space directly at the house, as well as a lockable room (communal garage) for bicycles

You will find our holiday flat in Greetsiel, a charming fishing village on the North Sea coast of East Frisia.
The historic centre of the village, with the old siel built in 1798, is a popular place for excursions, also from the surrounding countryside.
The historic rows of houses at the harbour are often used for postcard motifs.

| The weekly price includes the final cleaning with € 60,-. The linen package includes towels and bed linen. The flat can also be occupied by 5 people (small child in cot), surcharge € 5,- per night. The town of Greetsiel charges a visitor's tax of between € 1.15-€ 2.30/day, depending on the season; children up to 16 years pay between € 0.50 and 0.25. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site. The booking only becomes binding when the rental contract is signed. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
The cancellation of the rental agreement up to 180 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge, 40% is due up to 60 days before the rental start, 60% is due up to 40 days before, 80% is due up to 20 days before, and 90% of the total contractual price is due if cancelled less than 20 days before the start (§ 651i BGB). If the percentage is less than €50, a handling fee of €50 will be charged in any case, even with a complete re-rental. No refund will be made for the remaining rental amount in case of early departure. In the event of a legally mandated ban on accommodation, the full rental price will be refunded.

In the Easter and autumn holidays of North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, bookings of less than 7 days are only possible at the end of the holidays or with an already existing follow-up booking.
In case of booking gaps, a shorter booking than 7 nights is also possible in the peak travel season.( Period of the booking gap)
In the event of an official accommodation ban, we will refund the total price paid.
You will receive the rental contract from our local service partner, who will be your contact person on site.

Central and very clean
The apartment is very centrally located, so you can quickly reach the pedestrian zone in Greetsiel. The supermarket is also nearby, making shopping and getting morning rolls easy. The apartment itself is very nice and really very clean. It has everything you need for your vacation. We would book the apartment again anytime; it was a very pleasant stay.

Dream holiday
Dream holiday flat in a quiet location. Here you can relax from the stress of everyday life. Furnished with attention to detail. Everything is very well maintained, very clean and totally cosy. You feel at home as soon as you arrive. The parking space is right in front of the house. The flat is in a quiet but central location
The bakery, grocery shop and the heart of Greetsiel, the quaint harbour with the largest cutter fleet in East Frisia and the great restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away
Quick and uncomplicated booking process. Every question was always answered quickly and in a friendly manner. Clear recommendation with many pluses ☆☆☆☆☆ for the whole service offer on site and extra plus ☆☆☆☆☆ for Mrs Jäkel.
