Are you looking for a modern and lovingly furnished holiday home by the North Sea, in the beautiful fishing village of Greetsiel? *** Then you have come to the right place
House Chiara-Marie offers accommodation for up to 6 people and max. one baby, as well as your 4-legged dog on approx. 100 sqm and 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a modern fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, a dining area and a living room area, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, as well as a spacious shower room, 2 further bedrooms as well as a further shower room (incl. washing machine) are on the upper floor.
Thus the house offers you 3 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, there would be the possibility to accommodate a baby travel bed in one of the bedrooms after consultation. Furthermore, there is a fireplace in the house. There is also an additional TV in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. Two satellite TVs (flat screens), a DVD player, a hi-fi micro system with cassette deck, CD player, radio and USB connection provide for your entertainment.
In front of the house there is the possibility to park 2 cars or one car with trailer
A spacious terrace with appropriate garden furniture invites you to linger, the stainless steel swivel barbecue to cosy barbecue evenings. For our little guests there are street crayons, a ball and badminton game and a bobby car in the little garden houses,
In the house, children will find board games, books, audio cassettes and playback equipment, so that our youngest guests are also well catered for
The house is located in the beautiful canal district and the centre of the village is only 5 minutes away on foot.

Haus Jannis-Michelle is located on the edge of the town centre (An den Greetsieler Grachten 5). It is only a few minutes' walk from the adventure playground, bakery, supermarket with large meat counter, medical centre, pharmacy and health oasis. The village centre with its idyllic fishing harbour is also only a 5-minute walk away. There is also a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity, which offers inexpensive bicycles for young and old.
In Greetsiel, beautiful alleys invite you to stroll. There are various gift and tea shops, clothing, shoes and much more. Treat yourself to culinary delights in garden cafés, ice cream parlours and typical East Frisian restaurants. Of course, there is also Italian, Greek cuisine, etc. Enjoy freshly caught fish and the famous North Sea crabs.
A real highlight for young and old is always the fishing harbour with the largest crab cutter fleet in East Frisia. Here you can regularly watch the fishermen at work. The famous Greetsiel twin mills are always a nice holiday motif (with a guided tour of the mills). There are beautiful cycle paths, also off the beaten track. East Frisia is always worth a visit. The impressive landscape was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009. There is a lot to discover all around and you can be active in sports. In the immediate vicinity you will find: bathing fun and wellness, water sports (kiting, surfing) paddle and pedal, mudflat walks, horse riding, golfing, modern leisure centres for children, boat trips (also directly from Greetsiel), get to know the East Frisian Islands ( a different one every year ... highly recommended), canal and harbour cruises, shopping and lots of culture, lively museums, small seals, in summer there are many festivals and special events, also with live music and concerts, Viking and knight festivals, churches with important organ landscapes, historic windmills, lighthouses the famous Otto Walkes Lighthouse in Pilsum, by the way you can also get married there! Visit the famous Meyer shipyard in Papenburg. There you can see how luxurious cruise ships like the Aida fleet are built, the VW plant in Emden for car enthusiasts and much more. There is no room for boredom here - for the whole family. You have to experience East Frisia for yourself. Flat as a flounder, but never boring. See for yourself! At the same time, strengthen your immune system and recharge your batteries with the iodine-rich North Sea air and the healthy stimulating climate. Not only recommended in summer.
The enchanting fishing village of Greetsiel captivates with its romantic little lanes, its wonderful historic gabled houses from the 17th century and the over 600-year-old fishing harbour with its impressive shrimp cutter fleet and the famous Greetsiel twin mills. You can also indulge yourself in every culinary aspect. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlours
A small but fine indoor swimming pool, a miniature golf course, a bathing lake and a very nice playground round off the whole thing. The "Lücko Lighthouse - Children's House" is also located in the village, where handicrafts and games are offered for young guests.

Holiday in a holiday home
The holiday home was clean, very well maintained and furnished with love. Top location. It felt like home. Thank you also to the service staff. Nothing was missing. The town centre is just a few minutes away. There are many sights that are inviting. There is a lot to do culturally. A walk on the mud flats is highly recommended. You also have to experience high and low tide
The stay is highly recommended. We would go on holiday there again at any time.

Super tolles Ferienhaus
Ein super Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühl haben. Super sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig und in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Alles ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub
Es gab zwar nur eine kleine 4 Tage Lücke, aber das hervorragend eingerichtete Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage macht es uns sehr einfach, sofort in Urlaubsstimmung zu komnen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, die technische Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Service bei An-und Abreise war sehr fkexibel und sympathisch. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir haben schon mehrere Male eine Woche in Chiara-Marie verbracht u sind immer wieder begeistert gewesen. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll u gemütlich eingerichtet u es fehlt einem an nichts.
Der Hafen von Greetsiel u der Ortskern sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Restaurants u ein Lebensmittelschäft nebst Bäckerei sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist ausgesprochen positiv u auch der Service ( Schlüsselübergabe, Bettwäsche ... ) klappt hervorragend.

Haus
- es ist alles da was man braucht für eine Selbstverpflegung
- super gemütliches Haus, man fühle sich gleich beim ersten Reinkommen wie daheim. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
- toll fanden wir, dass es 2 Badezimmern gibt.
-1 Schlafzimmer im EG war super vorteilhaft für meine Eltern.
-Gartenhäuschen gibt es auch, somit konnten wir unser Dachbox während unser Aufenthalt dort lagern und abschliessen.
-Spielsachen für die Kinder sind auch genug da :)

- Pilsumer Leuchtturm nicht weit entfernt
- nach Norddeich nur ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt

Tastefully furnished holiday home
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, from the great tiled floor to the furnishing of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. Everything was in top clean condition, and on the terrace we had sun until the early evening hours. We really liked the very nice phone contact with the landlord before and after the holiday.

Super schöner Urlaub!
Das Haus Chiara-Marie ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerrichtet, sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar: einkaufen, der Hafen, der Spielplatz und und ein schöner Badesee.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Beautiful holiday
A very nice and clean house awaited us in Greetsiel. The pictures on the internet and the reality matched 100%. There is enough space in the house for four adults, so that you can also withdraw from time to time. The towels and bed linen were clean and fresh. A shopping opportunity and the beautiful Greetsiel harbour could be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. If we were to visit the area again, we would take the house again!

Der erholsamste Urlaub seit vielen Jahren
Die Wohnung ist sensationell. Reinkommen und Wohlfühlen! Alles Tip Top. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Von Greetsiel aus haben wir zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung kennengelernt und viele Ausflüge gemacht. Wir werden dort bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren.

Ein schöner Urlaub alles hat gepasst
Ein sehr schönes liebevoll eingerichtet Haus. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Garten schön zum
draußen sitzen, ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Der Duschsitz ist etwas zu klein. Alle Räume mit
dem Rollstuhl gut zu befahren. Die Türen sind breit genug außer auf die Terasse sind keine
Schwellen vorhanden, Dusche ist mit dem Rollstuhl befahrbar. Hier kann man auch als Rolli-
Fahrer den Urlaub genießen.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in ihrem Haus verbracht, auch die Familie unseres Sohnes die nach gereist kam, hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Greetsiel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vom Haus aus war für uns alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nähere Umgebung haben wir mit dem Auto erkundet. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den Park von Schloß Lütetsburg. Das ist in dieser Zeit ein wunderschönes Erlebnis

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause , direkt beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung.
Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Für Senioren bestens geeignet, da alles was man braucht praktisch um die Ecke zu erreichen ist.
Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Schöne Lage und alles fußläufig erreichbar
Super schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner Lage nahe der Grachten. Alles war fußläufig gut erreichbar; auch für Senioren zu empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus bot alles was man braucht und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Den Sonnenschein gab's gratis dazu :-).
