The flat has attractive parquet flooring or tiles, as well as custom-made wardrobes and electric shutters. The flat comes with a parking space directly at the house on its own plot.

The house is situated in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the historic centre of Greetsiel.
In Greetsiel you will find everything you need for your stay. The large EDEKA market, three bakers, various gift shops and boutiques, shoe shops and much more are within walking distance. Beautiful alleys invite you to stroll. Indulge in culinary delights in garden cafés, ice cream parlours and typical East Frisian restaurants. Enjoy freshly caught fish and the famous North Sea crabs.

Cancellation terms:

If you are unable to travel due to official orders, all costs will be refunded. Otherwise, the following applies: If the tenant withdraws from the contract up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the tenant is obligated to pay 20% of the lost rent to the landlord as compensation for expenses. If the tenant withdraws from 29 days before the start of the trip, the tenant is obligated to reimburse the landlord for any potential loss of revenue.

The flat is allergy-friendly and has an internet connection. Our house is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed.

The floors have parquet or high-quality tiles.

Pollen and other pollutants are reliably filtered out by the Vallox ventilation system, and dust pollution is considerably reduced.

All mattresses are fitted with mite-proof encasings, and high-quality synthetic duvets and pillows are used instead of down or feather bedding.

In Greetsiel you enjoy a healthy and mild stimulating climate with North Sea air containing iodine.

In the garage you have a lockable storage space for bicycles etc., washing machine and dryer are available.

The flat has a multimedia system on a high-quality HDTV and is equipped with free internet access via WLAN or network socket.

If you attach importance to a healthy diet even on holiday, we will be happy to provide you with the latest model of the Thermomix (TM 5) for a fee. If desired, of course with instruction.
