Description
Welcome to the "Eddy" holiday bungalow in Graal-Müritz on the Baltic Sea! This charming holiday home offers 47 square metres of space for up to 4 guests. It has 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, making it perfect for families or small groups.
The living area is equipped with a TV, radio, combined sofa bed for 2 people and a dining area. Entertainment is provided by a TV and free Wifi.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed (incl. bed linen) with bedside cabinets and a wardrobe.
The kitchenette includes an electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle.
The bathroom has a WC, a shower cubicle and a hairdryer is also available. Please bring your own towels for your personal use.
There is a small terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or round off the evening.
Please note that this is non-smoking accommodation and pets are welcome in the ground floor flat, but not cats.
You can easily park your car on the property and you can also use the garden with barbecue facilities.
You can arrive daily from 2 pm and please plan your departure for 10 am.
The municipality of Graal-Müritz is a health resort and has joined the "Fischland-Darß Tourism Association" in 2022. With the purchase of the guest card you can therefore also take advantage of the discounts in the municipalities of Ribnitz-Damgarten, Prerow, Wustrow or Zingst.
The location of the bungalow is ideal for enjoying the Baltic Sea. The pictures show the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, from the winter landscapes to the summer beaches. In Graal-Müritz on the Baltic Sea, an idyllic place for nature and beach lovers.
Spend your well-deserved break on the 5 km long, fine sandy and gently sloping Baltic Sea beach.
The lovingly furnished holiday flat is centrally located in the Graal district, not far from the Rhododendron Park and the beach accesses 32-37.
You can choose between a textile beach, a nudist beach and a dog beach.
The beach, pharmacy, savings bank, restaurants and shops are all just a few minutes' walk away and we also have the tastiest fish sandwiches.
Your holiday resort is ideal for cycling tours into the "Rostocker Heide" or to the "Fischland-Darß peninsula". You can hire bikes in the village, store your own bikes or use 2 mini-bikes for short journeys.
The Baltic Sea coastal cycle path Flensburg - Seebad Ahlbeck runs along the coastline.
The Baltic seaside resorts of Warnemünde and Wustrow can both be reached by bike in approx. 15 km. Other excursion destinations include "Karl`s Erlebnishof" (approx. 12 km), Rostock Zoo (approx. 25 km), Marlow Bird Park (approx. 35 km) and the Stralsund Maritime Museum (approx. 65 km).
There are also numerous leisure activities on offer in the region, including fishing, boat trips, bowling and much more: Fishing, boat trips, bowling, leisure pools, deep-sea fishing, bowling, climbing, carriage rides, Nordic walking, cycling, horse riding, shopping, summer toboggan runs, hiking, zoos and animal parks.
The tourist information centre in the "Haus des Gastes" constantly offers events such as concerts, hikes and other excursions.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Fam. Friebe.Alles ist mit soviel Herzblut hergerichtet, das man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.Auch die Lage ist top.Wir kommen gern wieder.

A completely successful vacation!
The location between the beach, rhododendron park, and coastal forest on one side and shopping options and restaurants on the other side felt ideal to us. Tourist info is directly nearby. The landlords were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Particularly impressive was their experience with dogs and how they interacted with our three dogs! Our dogs could move freely on the completely fenced property. The additional costs from the landlords for our dogs were also "reasonable." At this point, a big THANK YOU again.
Also a big advantage: Our car could be parked on the secured property. The access here is via a remote control for an electric sliding gate.
Conclusion: Absolute recommendation.

Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre
Unterkunft war top, die Lage war super.
Sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Familie.
Sehr Tierlieb, besonders war das umzäunte Grundstück, wenn man mit Hund anreist.
Alles in einem weiter zu empfehlen!!!

A vacation apartment with everything you need!! Very good location, you're quickly at the beach. Very nice landlords who provide assistance and advice. We and our dog felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

* Perfect holiday apartment *
We have once again spent a wonderful holiday in the clean and quiet ground floor apartment with terrace. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (including bed linen), a sofa bed in the living room, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower. There is a parking space for the car on the landlord's property. The beach can be reached by bike in five minutes. There are various shopping opportunities, a bike rental, and restaurants in the nearby area. We will come again!

Welcome to "Eddy". Since the 1980s, "Eddy" has been offering several accommodations for private hire. My wife Carmen and I are the second generation to continue renting out the former bungalow and the old holiday apartment. Shortly after our return from a 20-year professional "excursion" in Hesse, we converted the former bungalow with garage into a holiday home in 2016. The redesign with the holiday flats on the ground and upper floors took a lot of time and, above all, a lot of nerves with the authorities. We welcomed our first guests at Whitsun 2017 and have met many great holidaymakers and guests since then. Striving for happy and satisfied guests dominates our everyday life and the feedback we have received from numerous guests so far confirms our work.
