The delightful holiday home "Wonnewelle" is 135 m² in size, pet-friendly and stands on an approx. 550 m² large and very green property. With a sauna and wellness area, it fulfils all the wishes of a dream Baltic Sea holiday.
The sunny holiday home with sauna and separate shower, wellness area, large south-facing terrace with barbecue corner and meadow, modern and friendly, is comfortably furnished.
It is situated in absolute quiet in a side street not far from the beach. There are three free parking spaces on the property.

Very beautiful house
We were 5 adults and 2 dogs. The accommodation was simply great. The fenced property is perfect for dogs. The proximity to the beach is ideal for long walks. We were very well taken care of on site. For us, it was a very nice vacation. We would love to come back.

Family and Friends Reunion at Whitsun
Modern furnishings, art is in the eye of the beholder - less is sometimes more! Cleanliness of crockery, cutlery and glasses was not a given (streaks, food residues) - everything had to be cleaned before use. One wardrobe (inside) were dusty. Hot water supply was insufficient (for 6 adults), on the day of departure there was no hot water at all until about 9 am.

Die Warmwasserversorgung ist energieeffizient über Wärmepumpe und Solaranlage gesteuert und für 6 Personen ausreichend konzipiert. Eine ausführliche Verbrauchsanleitung liegt vor Ort vor.
Wir pflegen immer den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Gästen, Mängel wurden uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt kundgetan.

Simply dreamlike
The location is great, the fenced-in property is fantastic, practical for dogs, nothing was missing in the house - everything you need in the household is there. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms very nicely decorated. Excursion destinations such as the Rostock Zoo are not far away.
We would love to stay here again and again!

(almost) perfect!
Our dog and therefore we were very happy about the fenced garden. The stay (barbecue, chilling etc.) is very pleasant due to good equipment. The briefing (wifi) was done incorrectly by the exchange. The nice and caring owners promised a faster connection in the future..... But one survives even without internet. The conditions are excellent: Location to the beach, to the forest, restaurants.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer even in the low season
The room furnishings are somewhat spartan but functional. The TV in the bedroom has a slight problem (picture gone, back again...). But one should also sleep.... On the extended couch, however, not so easy, in wise foresight brought overlay, then acceptable for one person. The fitness room with sauna and shower is excellent.

Holiday home holiday with 2 adults & dog
Very nice house with beautiful garden & terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household items. The village of Graal-Müritz is charming and just around the corner is a bakery (branch in the container, main shop in town) where you can buy all kinds of delicious cakes & rolls, daily from 7am to 9:30am also on Sundays.
Nice quiet location, away from the big hustle & bustle, but easy to drive (walk) to shopping & restaurants by car, bike (or foot). The beach in the village is within easy walking distance - 300m approx 5-10min walk.
Something negative was the cleanliness - in the cupboards (shelves) - bathroom cupboard (shelves) mainly in the corners and behind the sofas you found some "wool mice" as well as the remains of the previous tenants, when we removed these (vacuumed the entire house) everything was fine.
If you absolutely need WLAN (e.g. to be reachable for business on holiday) this house is not to be recommended, we had to buy 3 times for 15€ (2GB each) to be able to run our Skype (business session).
For EVERYONE else, this house is VERY recommendable.
