The 50 sqm 2 - room - non-smoking - flat is located on the south-east side of an apartment building about 350 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The flat is ideal for 2 people, whether for young lovers on their honeymoon or seniors who are young at heart. An extra bed (see prices) is possible on the pull-out couch in the living room. Pets are not allowed. SAT-TV and HIFI-system with radio, CD/DVD/MP3/
AuxIn Fct. internet access via W-LAN and a tool shed are also part of the equipment as well as a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle (see equipment). Adjacent to the holiday flat is a garden area of approx. 150 sqm (lawn/shrubs) with 2 terraces (east and south side) and a parking space.

The apartment Strand-Idyll is located close to the centre between the districts of Graal and Müritz. The holiday flat has a garden area of approx. 150 sqm (lawn/shrubs) with 2 terraces (east and south side) and a parking area. Shopping for daily needs can be done on foot, by bike or by car. The bakery is about 300 m away, the supermarkets Aldi, Penny and Edeka about 1500 m. If you prefer a visit to the sauna or swimming pool instead of the Baltic Sea beach, which is 350 m away, then you can reach the Aquadrom Graal-Müritz after approx. 400 m. In the centre of Graal Müritz is the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, one of the largest of its kind in Germany. You can visit this park all year round with free admission.
The rhododendron originates from Eurasia and North America and can reach a height of up to 6 metres. You can discover up to 2500 plants in the park, including about 60 rhodedendron hybrids.
In May and June, when the rhododendrons and azaleas are in full bloom, the park glows in many colours and the scent of the flowers is in the air. Then the Rhododendron Queen leads a tour through the park and the people of Graal Müritz celebrate the Rhododendron Park Festival with their guests.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation (excluding): - Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before rental begins: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before rental begins: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before rental begins: 90% of the rental price Should a pandemic like COVID-19 lead to the Baltic Sea coast being officially closed to visitors by the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, making travel impossible, we will refund all payments made up to that point, minus a processing fee of 50.00 EUR. This does not apply in case of cancellation due to illness with or a positive COVID-19 test. For such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Really very beautiful.
"It was beautiful and everything worked out perfectly. Frau B. was there exactly on time for our arrival and handed over the keys. Everything is as described. The photos are accurate too. The apartment is affordable in the best sense of the word and is just the right accommodation for a small family for a beach vacation. It's also great for those who value cycling and nature. Cosy flat
We had a wonderful holiday in this flat, it simply lacked nothing. We found it particularly pleasant that the flat was always nicely heated
The cleanliness was also top.
When the weather was nice, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace.
All in all, a very nice holiday at the Baltic Sea.

We immediately felt at home
We were here for the first time in this holiday flat and we felt at home right away. It was a wonderful holiday, but we were also lucky with the weather
The location of the flat is perfect. We rented bicycles and had a wonderful time getting to the beach and the pier. We were able to make beautiful trips from here with the bikes and the car.
The bathroom is small, but clean and modern, it was okay for us. The terrace with awning was very nice, where we had a cosy breakfast. It was very quiet while we were there. We are thinking of coming back next year.

Unfortunately, we were unable to go on our planned vacation due to the Corona pandemic.
