This beautiful holiday home 'Goedgelegen' for 2 people is located near Middelburg and is ideal for your holiday with dog in Zeeland!
The house is charmingly furnished, all on the ground floor and has the ideal rural location!
The living room has a sofa bed, a comfortable armchair and a TV where you can relax after walking the dog or after your day in Middelburg.
In the open kitchen you will find a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Of course, there is plenty of crockery and cutlery available.
At the 2-person dining table you can enjoy a snack and a drink.
The bedroom has a double bed, which is of course covered on arrival. Through the French doors you can access your private terrace where you can enjoy the Zeeland countryside. An extra child can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Of course you can also book a cot for an extra child up to 3 years.
The garden of this holiday home is really nice! The house has a large garden with garden furniture where you can relax in the sun, giving you a real holiday feeling!
Your dog can also run around the garden wonderfully on a leash.
Middelburg, the capital of Zeeland, is about 10 minutes from the house. There's plenty to do in this cosy town! Enjoy a sunny terrace, stroll through the centre or discover all the cosy streets.
The famous seaside resorts like Zoutelande, Domburg and Vlissingen are also within easy reach by car or bike!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
