This new luxury vacation home for the disabled has everything your heart desires! The house has been furnished with love and style and every detail has been thought of.
It is quietly located next to a meadow with a pony, a donkey, sheep and chickens, and yet all the facilities of the cozy village of Koudekerke are within walking distance. The house is close to the towns of Middelburg and Vlissingen, where you can store or walk along the boulevard.
The house is brand new and has been fully adapted for wheelchair users, so you too can enjoy a carefree vacation!

You enter the house through the door in the living room, where you will find two nice armchairs, where you can spend your evenings with a good book or a cozy TV program. Right next to it is the dining table, where you can sit even with your power wheelchair, so a cozy dinner is not a challenge, but a pleasure.
The kitchen is equipped with everything for a pleasant stay, such as dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer.
The bedroom has 2 single beds and enough space to turn with a wheelchair. The beds are made upon your arrival, a towel package can be booked separately.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with grab bars and a shower stool, and the toilet also has grab bars. The sink is at a height so that you can reach it with a wheelchair.
From your private terrace you have a beautiful view of the fields and can enjoy a drink in the evening sun.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
