The sandy beach is directly in front of the residence.
Our holiday apartment has a great sea view and at the same time views of the Canigou and the La Clape mountains.
The apartment has a living space of approx. 45 m², a balcony of approx. 9 m² and a private parking space.
It is located on the first and last floor and is divided into two levels.
1. Level: entrance area, living/dining room, kitchenette, bath with shower, separate toilet and 1 separate bedroom (2 beds - 90x190), balcony
: 1 bedroom (open sleeping gallery - bed 140x190)
The apartment is very friendly and harmonious. It is kept throughout in blue-white tones matching the sea.
The apartment has German television, a refrigerator, a 2-plate stove, a small oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, an electric table grill and garden furniture.
It is the ideal holiday apartment to spend relaxing holidays alone, in pairs or with the family in southern France by the sea.
The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 persons.

The apartment is located in Gruissan Les Aygudes in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France.
The holiday home is located in a residential complex directly by the sea. The residence has several direct accesses to the beach.
In addition to miles of sandy beaches, there are many hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails in the area, but also a beautiful beach promenade to stroll along the sea
For horse lovers there is the possibility to go horseback riding in the La Clape mountains.
In the old town centre of Gruissan there is a big market with regional products on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
In Gruissan you can visit the saltworks and enjoy fresh oysters.
Wine lovers can taste regional wines and other specialities in the various wineries.
Also a trip to the Canal du Midi further inland offers a nice change.
In the Réserve Africaine in Sigean you can experience the wild animals in their natural environment.
Those interested in culture and history can follow in the footsteps of the Romans.

Dear, well educated dog is welcome after arrangement.
The beach of Gruissan Les Ayguades and the beaches of the neighboring villages are dreamlike beautiful and invite to long walks. Outside the season the dogs can play and romp to their heart's content here.
