Welcome to Villa Bienvenue-Residence Victoria in Gruissan, in the heart of sunny Languedoc-Roussillon!

Villa Bienvenue is a lovingly furnished holiday home for the whole family. It is located in a gated, quiet complex, only 50m from the beach on the lagoon. The spacious living/dining area with the open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine is bright and welcoming. Everything is available in the kitchen to prepare delicious meals with regional products. The three bedrooms (one of them with a balcony and sea view) are beautifully and Mediterranean-style furnished. In addition to the daylight bathroom, there is also a separate WC with washbasin on the ground floor. German television, CD and DVD player, internet, and German radio complete your stay with a high level of comfort. The beautiful terrace invites you to relax, barbecue, or simply let your soul unwind. This holiday home offers 70 m² of space for up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms and one bathroom – ideal for families or friends. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony or the spacious terrace while you gaze out over the well-kept garden. Gruissan, a very picturesque and idyllic village, known for its alleys winding around the medieval Barbarossa Tower and its stilt houses (pile dwellings), owes its charm to the beauty and diversity of the surrounding landscapes: fine, expansive sandy beaches, the dreamy, wooded La Clape massif, the small marina. This is the place where life, colors, and light bubble, where you can stroll and where there are plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafés, brasseries, and of course boutiques of every kind and price range. Gruissan is one of the most beautiful villages in southern France.
In the old town, a charming weekly market takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday—a visit is always worthwhile. Gruissan is also a seaside resort, offering a variety of sporting and cultural activities (windsurfing, jet skiing, fun board, fishing, horseback riding, go-karting, hiking, cycling, etc.).
