Description
Our cottage is suitable for 4 persons. To the holiday house directly before the property an own parking lot is available in the closed holiday complex with entrance over an electrical gate entrance. Relax and enjoy the sunny terrace. On the ground floor there is a stylish but cosy open living room with adjoining dining area with sufficient cooking facilities and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe and the second bedroom is facing the courtyard with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, shower and enough space for your cosmetics. In the adjacent garage directly at the house a washing machine as well as garden furniture is available.

Gruissan has 3 beaches which are exceptionally clean and offer many leisure activities - surfing, hang gliding, fishing, boating and much more. In the nearby nature reserve "La Clape" you can go hiking, climbing, cycling and horse riding. Try a wine tasting at one of the many château in the area. Gruissan is a very beautiful, idyllic fishing village. The historical site of Gruissan is formed by the old village that nestles around the Barbarossa Tower. The harbour offers many restaurants, shopping facilities and beautiful walks along the pretty promenade

Great holiday home
We had a great stay in this vacation home. It has an appealing, tasteful decor and everything you need was there.
Everything went smoothly and without any problems with both the landlord and the property manager.
The city beach is almost right in front of the door. However, we preferred a different beach, which was about a 5-minute drive away.
All in all, excellent, would love to come back :-).

Schöne Zeit in Frankreich
Ein sehr schönes Reihenhäuschen in einer gepflegten Anlage. Relativ kurze Wege zu Strand Promenade. Freundliche Menschen und viel Ruhe zum Entspannen. Immer gerne wieder!

Simply perfect!
Inquiry/booking/handling, everything worked out wonderfully easy and fast with the host. The holiday home offers every comfort as stated in the description. The accommodation is really beautiful, newly renovated and very tastefully furnished
We felt very comfortable and will hopefully spend our next holiday there again.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses findet sich alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Mega schönes Haus
Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt in unserem Ferienzuhause auf Zeit.
Es war super schön eingerichtet mit sehr viel Stil.
Man musste sich einfach wohl fühlen.
Wir waren 14 Tage dort mit 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden , und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Und kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer Ruhigen Anlage
Sehr persönlich und komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.
Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht da sich dieses Ferienhaus von den anderen bereits bewohnten [ 6Stk. in Gruissan] abhebt, mal nicht die Zweckmäßigkeit sonder Wohlfühlen steht im Mittelpunkt.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut. So kann man seinen Urlaub genießen.
