Villa Olivier is a beautiful exclusive house with high-quality tasteful furnishings and complete equipment.
Here you can enjoy several garden seating and moorings surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Canopies also allow for outdoor living on the few rainy days. The house has warm, country-style décor. Relax in the living room on the two comfortable leather satellite TV, stereo, library and games collection provide entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen allows the preparation of many French delicacies. On the ground floor there is also a daylight guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. The comfortable staircase leads to the three light-flooded bedrooms. All three with balcony. Two of them with sea view, one of them with view to the La Clape mountains. Comfortable beds with good mattresses and adjustable slatted frames promise a restful sleep. In two of the bedrooms there is another SAT TV and DVD player. The beautiful daylight bath with tub and rain shower refreshes in the morning. Overall, a feel-good atmosphere awaits you in which you will want for nothing.

The house is located in the best location of Gruissan only about 20m to the water. The surrounding beaches are all fine sand and suitable for small children, since the beach is flat. Shops and restaurants as well as the numerous sports and leisure facilities are within walking distance (bike rental, horseback riding, sailing and diving school with equipment rental) in the area It has a very well-developed network of bicycle paths, a spa adventure park, kart track, amusement park and last but not least the beautiful old town with its winding typical southern French lanes in the three times a week year-round market takes place. In the nearby La Clape mountains you can go for a hike and enjoy the beguiling scent of thyme, rosemary etc. and from there you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the coast

Very beautiful holiday home
We were in the house from December 20, 2025, to January 3, 2026, and felt very comfortable. We were a two-minute walk from the promenade and the beach. The large beach, where the dogs could exhaust themselves, was about a 3-minute drive away. We are coming back this year.
