Description
The inventory and furniture of the holiday home were completely renewed during the renovation works (2018/2019).
On the upper floor there are two of the three bedrooms (one with SAT-TV+ integrated DVD player), both equipped with new box spring beds ( x ), promising a restful night's sleep and relaxation from everyday life.
A further bedroom with variable sleeping possibilities (single beds ( x )/double bed ( x )) is located on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor is the open kitchen, which borders directly on the modern living/dining area. A second television set and the free W-LAN provide entertainment and information. The dining area integrated into the room with modern furnishings offers enough space for fun games evenings or an extended dinner. In the adequately equipped kitchen you can also prepare regional specialities yourself and spoil yourself with culinary delights
The small but functional bathroom completes the ground floor.
On the 20m² large terrace the evening can end comfortably with a glass of wine from the region.

Perfect vacation in a very beautiful house
We have been going to Gruissan for 15 years already, and this is one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in.
The facilities are great, and the landlords are very, very friendly.
The price-performance ratio is more than perfect.
We are looking forward to next year in Gruissan and in this beautiful house.

Always happy to do it again
We have already spent our second vacation in the house and can only recommend the accommodation. The facilities, location etc. are exactly as described. We did not miss anything in the house. Everything necessary was available and everything was clean.
Super nice landlady and immediate help is provided in case of problems.
The location is great and there is something for everyone in terms of activities.
We will gladly come back.

Beautiful summer vacation with 3 children and a dog.
We were on-site for 3 weeks.
The location is great and there is nothing missing in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable with 3 children and a dog.
Thanks to the constant pleasant wind, you could also tolerate it very well without air conditioning.
The laundry costs 5 euros at the nearest laundromat. Detergent is included in the price.
We had a small problem upon arrival and the landlady took care of it immediately.
The contact was super nice!

Very nice vacation
We felt very comfortable during the 12 days. The house is very quiet and 5 minutes to the beach. There is nothing missing, the furnishings are modern and the paths to the bakery and supermarket are close. The beach is more suitable for families with small children, we sometimes went to one of the many beaches in Gruissan. We would like to thank the landlord for the nice vacation.

We had a super nice holiday in gruissan the house was very well equipped w lan worked great german satellite tv toaster, crepeseisen, well equipped kitchen unfortunately no air conditioning and in the outdoor seating only one umbrella

We felt comfortable
The house is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable during the 14 days. Short distances to the bakery (excellent quality), supermarket and the "small" beach, which is highly recommended for small children. Small point of criticism: the disco in the immediate vicinity. Depending on how the wind is blowing, you get the full blast until 5am. Be sure to take the bus to Narbonne. For €2.50 there and back, absolutely recommendable

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Mit Hund sehr weiter zu empfehlen, da man in 3 Gehminuten am Hundestrand ist.

Super Urlaub!
Die Buchung der Unterkunft verlief problemlos, die Vermieterin beantwortete unsere Fragen alle freundlich und ausführlich. Auch die Hinweise und Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt waren übersichtlich aufgeführt.
Das Ferienhaus war sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das gilt auch für die Küche.
Die Lage war top, Strand , Lokalitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Auch die Menschen dort, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren alle sehr freundlich.
Uns haben die zwei Wochen dort wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft und den Ort wirklich weiter empfehlen.
