Description
a house to feel good and relax, alone or with to the whole family. My house has received three stars from the franösischen FNAIM.
Many cultural landmarks in vicinity as well as the nature reserve Clape. Kilometers of sandy beach with lake Mateille, oyster and mussel farming, salt pans, colorful markets. Barcelona 250 km Girona 160 Pyrenees 100 km Carmargue 100 km.
Gruissan is one of the most beautiful villages in France and the price / performance ratio yet.
There are Lidl and Intermarché.

Location and surroundings of object
The settlement is located off between Gruissan and Narbonne Plage, on the edge of a nature reserve and right on the lagoon Mateille that has a surfing school. Out of season very quiet, busy during the months of July and August.
To the motorway Narbonne is 15 km away. The nearest airport is Montpellier 100 km.

Beautiful holiday in Gruissan
The holiday home is very well equipped; nothing is really missing. We have spent several holidays there and have always been very satisfied. The contact with the landlord is uncomplicated and works very well. We would gladly come back.

Dreamily beautiful holiday home!
We were in this dreamlike beautiful holiday home for the second time this year, and we felt like we were coming home!
The holiday home is fully equipped, with really everything you need! It is clean, the location is great, and you can spend your vacation in pleasant tranquility while still being a short walk away from the beaches, the bakery, the small grocery store, or the restaurant. The vacation home is a place to feel comfortable and can be used as a couple as well as a family with children. There is simply nothing missing! My personal highlight is the rooftop terrace, which invites you to sunbathe and stargaze.
The area around Gruissan invites both a beach vacation and an active holiday. You can hike, climb, surf, cycle, etc. Due to its relatively central location, day trips in all directions are also absolutely feasible. The contact with the landlord was and is always great! She is immediately reachable for questions, and "problems" are promptly resolved when something is broken, for example.
We will definitely come back soon and highly recommend the beautiful house.

The house is clean and equipped with everything needed for daily life.
The location is great, the pool in the facility is a little highlight, not just for the kids.
The beach and sea are just a few minutes' walk away, but the roof terrace, for example, also invites you to linger with its wonderful view of the Clape and the lagoon. Supermarkets are reachable by car within five minutes, but bakers and restaurants are also within walking distance of the holiday home resort.

Dear prospective customers, my holiday home in Gruissan I have since 1997. I have equipped it according to my wishes, so that everything is there, what I need to be able to spend a relaxing holiday. The area is very nice and you can make many excursions. If you do not want that, then just take a walk on the beach for hours, or explore the unique, protected flora in the nearby Massif de la Clape. It offered almost all sports. If you are there in the winter months, you live with the locals. Even then, some restaurants are open and you can relax wonderfully. Gruissan and Narbonne offer plenty for guests and locals. You just have to discover it. The tourist information offices also have German-language information material and advise the guests very much. My house also has electric radiators and a gas stove so that it is habitable all year round. Do not be afraid to contact me!
