"A quarter house" in the resort Mers Du Sud
The spacious holiday complex was built directly on the beach at the end of the 90s. The house is modern and comfortably furnished
The ground floor consists of the living/dining room with a sofa, table, chairs, a Sat TV and a radio with CD and 1 bedroom (1x 140x190).
The kitchen, with dining area for 4 persons, is equipped with a 4 plate electric stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and WC (separate). The upper floor is a mezzanine with a double bed(160x200, mattress 1x160x200).
In the complex there is also a swimming pool.
In front and behind the house is a 15 sqm and a 20 sqm terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located between the Clape and the Mediterranean Sea directly on the beach. The Clape is the annual venue for a MTB championship. There are many MTB routes and hiking trails of all levels. In front of the beach Gruissan-Plage the DeFiWind takes place once a year. This is the biggest surf regatta in the world with more than 1000 participants.
The Clape is very popular with climbers because of the steep walls. Our house is located in a quiet street of the complex, 50m from the beach.
