Top Holiday Home
We thank you for everything, it was very nice in your house. Super spacious, everything you need is there, very, very well equipped. The bicycles are very helpful, as everything is easily reachable with them. The beach is quickly accessible, super wide, and very nicely shallow at the beginning. The harbor is beautiful, as is the old town. We thank you once again for the nice contact with the Pulch family and wish you all the best. Your Matthes family from Thuringia and the Saarland.

Great holiday home in Gruissan
We spent wonderful vacation days here! Very beautiful and clean house equipped with everything you need. You arrive and can feel comfortable right away. We really enjoyed the short distances, whether to the beach, supermarket, or various leisure activities. The available bicycles are very practical. So we hardly needed a car and were still mobile. The large sun terrace of the house and the wide and spacious sandy beach were our personal highlights. The care provided by the Pulch family was friendly, uncomplicated, and reliable. This is how the annual holiday brings joy :)

Family holiday with children and a dog
In June 2018, we spent our first vacation with our little daughter in this great holiday home and of course had our family dog with us.
We were impressed by both the house itself and the surroundings, so we will be guests of the Pulch family again this year.
The house offers everything you need in terms of equipment, even with a dog and a baby. A crib is available for the little ones, and we also brought our playpen with a mattress, which we set up in the living area. Due to the size of the house, this was not a problem, and the playpen did not bother at all.
The house is lovingly furnished, and you can see that regular maintenance and modernization are carried out here.
You can reach almost everything on foot, small shops, the beach, the pool, and also restaurants. A large supermarket and a Lidl are less than five minutes' drive away, so you can easily buy fresh groceries for cooking. We especially loved the pool belonging to the complex, as it is located close to the house. We could always find a shaded spot for our little one and cool off in the water quickly. You can go for a walk with the dog directly from the house, whether it's towards the beach, lagoon, or into the small La Clape mountain range. Anything from a short walk to an extensive hike is possible without needing to get in the car.
Also worth mentioning is the impressive panoramic view from the rooftop terrace, where you can see, among other things, the peaks of the Pyrenees. We also went on short trips to Narbonne, Carcassonne, and the animal park in Sigean, which we can highly recommend. All in all, we can say that we had a completely successful holiday with our little family at Residence Pulch and are looking forward to our next holiday there.

We are a family of 4, the area around Gruissan spends their holiday for many years. We loved the natural environment in the nature reserve Clape always loved and attracted again and again to a vacation. We have to live many lodging and may make a lot of experience. In 2005, we then decided to buy us a private vacation home. From our holiday experience out, we know what tenants in this region can be expected in the apartments. We want our tenants feel comfortable - that's our heart! We therefore place great emphasis on keeping our Holiday Residence in "shot" to in order to provide a high standard for this region, and thus a very good feel-good climate for our guests can.
