We are a Belgian couple, and we have had our little nest in Gruissan for 10 years. We completely renovated the house and are proud of it. We communicate with future tenants mostly by email and do so in French, Dutch, German, and English (for German we use Google and have no problems). The house is located in Mateille, the area is quiet, the house is in a dead-end street and is 50m from the Grazel pond.
