Description
Our well-equipped holiday home is situated in a residence with a swimming pool, which can only be used by guests of the resort.
The complex is secured by an electric barrier, there is a parking space for your car.
The holiday home consists of a living-dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen area on the ground floor. Our cottage is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen unit with fridge freezer, hob with oven,.
Glasses, dishes and accessories are of course enough available.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a built-in wardrobe and the second bedroom (children's room) has a new bunk bed and a wardrobe.
In the storage room you will find the washing machine as well as the terrace furniture (2 deck chairs, 6 chairs and a round table) and a parasol

Location and surroundings of object
Gruissan is rightly considered one of the most beautiful places in the south of France. "Living like God in France" is particularly easy in Gruissan. The town has what many coastal towns in the south of France would like to have: an eventful past whose traces you can still discover in the alleys and on the houses. This includes the old town of Gruissan-Village, whose houses wind in a circle around the old castle complex. This protected the port of Narbonne in the 14th century, and what remains is the ruin of the Tour Barberousse. From up there you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Etangs, the salt flats, the vineyards in the coastal mountain range of La Clape, but also the all-year-round snow-covered peak of the Pic Canigou, the highest peak of the Pyrenees, which is already in Spain. Hervorragende Ferien
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was eine Familie mit zwei Kindern braucht. Es ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe ist herrlich unkompliziert. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Strände ist makellos und das Städtchen bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen.
