Description
Our well-equipped holiday home is located in a residence with a pool, which may only be used by guests of the holiday complex.
The complex is secured by an electric barrier, and a parking space is available for your car.
The holiday home consists of a living-dining area with an adjoining open kitchen area on the ground floor. Our house is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen unit with fridge-freezer combination, hob with oven,. Glasses, dishes and accessories are of course sufficiently available.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with toilet.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200) and a built-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom (children's room) has a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
In the storage room you will find the washing machine as well as the terrace furniture (deck chairs, chairs and a round table) and a sun umbrella.

Location and surroundings of object
Gruissan is rightly considered one of the most beautiful places in the south of France. "Living like God in France" is particularly easy in Gruissan. The town has what many coastal towns in the south of France would like to have: an eventful past whose traces you can still discover in the alleys and on the houses. This includes the old town of Gruissan-Village, whose houses wind in a circle around the old castle complex. This protected the port of Narbonne in the 14th century, and what remains is the ruin of the Tour Barberousse. From up there you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Etangs, the salt flats, the vineyards in the coastal mountain range of La Clape, but also the all-year-round snow-covered peak of the Pic Canigou, the highest peak of the Pyrenees, which is already in Spain. With a bit of luck, you may spot flamingos in the etangs or salt pans

Hervorragende Ferien
We have been there for the second time now. The holiday home has everything a family with two children needs. It is very well-equipped, very clean, and the key handover is wonderfully uncomplicated. The beach is within walking distance. The beaches are immaculate, and the town offers everything you need. We can't wait to come back.
