Beachfront holiday home with 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people, 35 sqm large terrace with sun loungers in south-west facing position. Solid masonry, house is heatable. Washing machine. Sat-TV with German radio and TV channels. Stereo with DVD/CD. Microwave. Grill. Electric cooker. Coffee maker. Electric kettle. Small oven. Toaster. Iron. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Vacuum cleaner.
Property is enclosed with solid stone wall and garden gate. The Mediterranean bay with palm-lined promenade and adjacent sandy beach is only about 90m walk from the house. Directly in front of the house is a small boules court with a bench and palm trees.
To the house belongs a private car parking space on a separate parking lot
The house is being extensively renovated on an ongoing basis; in the summer of 2013 it was partially refurnished and has since been fitted with new back-friendly latex mattresses. The house is used, cared for and maintained every year by the owner family themselves.
WLAN is possible via the hotspot of orange or sfr (costs currently: 19,90€ or 29,90€ for 30 days) - information without guarantee.

Property is enclosed with solid stone wall and garden gate. The Mediterranean bay with palm-fringed promenade and adjacent sandy beach is only about 90m as the crow flies, a short walk from the house. Directly in front of the house is a small boules court with a bench and palm trees.
To the house belongs a private car parking space on a separate parking lot. Gruissan is with its Mediterranean architecture, its varied green spaces and palm trees and its over 15km long fine sandy beaches one of the preferred holiday resorts for families and couples (also gladly with dog) on the coast of the Languedoc. Gruissan is a historic coastal town (Cathar) between the Mediterranean Sea and lagoons/Étangs with new districts, marina (Gruissan-Port), Gruissan-Plage, Mateille and Les Ayguades. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village in the district of Mateille in a mixed residential area not far from the beach. Amusement park "Pirat Park" and a discotheque (open from the end of June to the beginning of September) are about 350m as the crow flies from the holiday home. In December 2010, the spacious bathing area "Espace balnéoludique" with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hammam, physiotherapy and more has been opened, so that water lovers can be active all year round, regardless of the weather!

Overwintering in southern France.
A very beautiful and very quiet place in winter.
We were almost alone in the holiday home settlement most of the time, which suited us very well.
Shopping opportunities within reach (bakery, Lidl, Intermarché).
The German-speaking property management was friendly and helpful.
The homeowner in Germany was also nice and friendly.
We would love to come back!

Recreation for the whole family with a dog
A perfect house with everything you need to feel comfortable. Perfect especially with a dog, because the property is securely enclosed. Incredibly nice landlords! We would love to come back. We definitely recommend it to all families and dog lovers. Thank you for the wonderful time with you!

Great family vacation
The holiday home with the large terrace was excellent for us as a family with small children, very well equipped for self-catering and conveniently located for a beach holiday in southern France. We felt very comfortable in the holiday home and would definitely recommend it.

Pure relaxation!
The Lucie holiday home was the perfect place for us (2 adults, 3 children) to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, not only in the kitchen. Our bikes were stored on the large terrace, and there was still plenty of space to eat outside and relax in the sun lounger. You can quickly reach the town center and also great, more remote beaches by bike, some of which we had all to ourselves (in mid-June). The residential area and the town were pleasantly quiet. The bakery and supermarket are just around the corner. Great trips are possible by bike and car. The contact with Mrs. Löwecke was great. Everything you need to relax.

Dear holiday home seekers!
We spent our first holiday in the south again this year
This holiday home caught our eye because of the family-friendly prices
The contact with Mrs Löwecke was very friendly from the first to the last email and without long waiting times, which made it easier for us to choose this house
The holiday home is small, but functionally furnished
Everything you need for your daily needs is there. We spent cosy evenings in the garden. The enclosed property is practical for guests with dogs
We always enjoyed using the sun loungers in the early morning, as the temperatures were quite pleasant at that time and we were able to start the day in a relaxed way
The beds and mattresses are comfortable and not worn out
There are many things in the area within walking distance
The supermarket Intermarche and a great bakery are only a few minutes away
The promenade, the harbour, the pirate park and the dog beach are also nearby
In the evening there were great events (huge cinema screen, live music, cosy markets) on the beach or at the harbour
Narbonne is also worth one or more visits. The market hall is absolutely recommended for every connoisseur!!!
Highly recommended is the 'Pizzeria Tom' opposite the Intermarche and the snack bar 'Chez Norbert' at Saint Pierre la mer. Super tasty food at reasonable prices. But also the many small restaurants in Gruissan offer great products at fair prices
We felt very much at home in Gruissan and in Mrs Löwecke's holiday home and would definitely recommend it and would be happy to visit again

Sommer pur

Wundervoller Urlaub in gemütlichem Ferienhaus
Wir haben als 5köpfige Familie sehr schöne, warme Herbsttage im Ferienhaus Lucie verbracht. Es ist klein, aber praktisch aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse ist ein zweites Wohnzimmer und blickgeschützt. Selbst im Herbst konnten wir bis zum Nachmittag noch draußen sitzen.
Es sind 5 Min bis zum Binnenmeer, etwa 10 Min mit dem Fahrrad zum offenen Meer.
Die Gastgeberin kommuniziert sehr freundlich und gibt wertvolle Reisetipps. Auf jeden Fall ist das Haus empfehlenswert und ermöglicht einen schönen Urlaub.

Schönes Strandhaus
Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub. Aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind kein Luxus aber vollständig mit allem was man braucht. Schöner gepflegter großer Garten.
Fussläufig schnell zum Strand in der Lagune. Die schönsten Strände erreicht man bequem mit dem Fahrrad. Gute Radwege um die Umgebung zu erkunden sind vorhanden.

Very nice accommodation near the beach
We were in the holiday home with 6 people (two adults, three children and a baby).
The equipment is complete and worked perfectly.
House is clean and equipped with everything you need.
The enclosed terrace allows privacy.
The way to the beach is really short (2 minutes, top for families and the corresponding beach utensils.
The communication with the landlady before and during the holiday went smoothly and quickly.

Glücksgriff
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus Lucie verbracht, wir haben am Plage du Grazel, der fußnah liegt gebadet, sind viel Rad gefahren und auch ein bisschen gewandert. Die Gegend ist herrlich, weil man Aktiv- und Badeurlaub miteinander verbinden kann. Auch das Fischerdorf und der Markt sind einige Besuche wert...

Durch die hohe Mauer um den Sitzplatz und die Oleander hat man viel Privatsphäre. Problemlose Rückerstattung der Kaution.

Genialer Familienurlaub
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet,Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert absolut problemlos.
Für Familien ist die Nähe zum Stadtstrand super,aber auch die großen Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice holiday
We had a very nice holiday in this holiday home.
Everything went to our complete satisfaction, be it the handing over of the keys, the first impression of the house as well as the refund of our deposit.
It is a beautiful place and you should allow yourself at least 12 days there if you want to see everything.
A place with beautiful beaches, alleys, restaurants, historical facilities!
I highly recommend it. Mid-late September ~ 28 c° . What more could you want?

Schönes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Prima Ausstattung - alles da was man braucht, sauber, viel Stauraum, ruhig gelegen, prima mit dem eigenen Parkplatz
Gute Lage - in 2 Minuten zum Wasser in weiteren 2 Minuten am Strand. Jeweils ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Intermarche oder Lidl (im Sommer 7 Tage die Woche auf). In 3 Minuten beim Bäcker

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Gruissan
Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub an diesem wunderbaren Ort. Nur einige Metern bis zur Strandpromenade und mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung, haben wir uns in dem Ferienhäuschen mit großer Sonnenterasse, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, herrliche Landschaft und freundliche Menschen haben uns einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub ermöglicht.
Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher zurück.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in zentraler und strandnaher Lage von Gruissan-Mateille
Wir - eine 5-köpfige Familie mit 3 bereits erwachsenen Kindern - konnten in dem gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Mittelmeer verbringen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Südfrankreich und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, schon bald wieder einmal nach Gruissan und in das Haus von Frau Löwecke zu reisen und werden es in jedem Fall auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. Bequeme Betten und trotz der geringen Wohnfläche genügend Raum für 5 Personen sind vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns die mediterran bepflanzte und blick- und windgeschützte Sonnenterrasse sowie die sehr gute Lage des Hauses gefallen. Prinzipiell konnte man sehr viele Wege zu Fuß erledigen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Anmietung des Hauses war hervorragend. Vielleicht bringen wir beim nächsten Urlaub auch unseren Hund mit, denn es ist hier, anders als in vielen Ferienhäusern, gestattet, auch dieses Familienmitglied mit den Urlaub zu nehmen.

Bonjour, my family and I have been spending large parts of our holidays in Gruissan on the French Mediterranean coast in the Occitanie region (Languedoc-Roussillon) for over 22 years now. We feel super comfortable in our second home and enjoy the French way of life, the wonderful climate and the friendliness of the local French people. Walks on the beach, along the Étangs and in the nearby Massif de la Clape (small mountain range) serve for relaxation and recreation. The Mediterranean invites you to swim from early summer to autumn and at the miles long and wide sandy beaches you can easily find enough space even in the high season. Every departure is difficult and we have already convinced many friends to spend their holidays in Gruissan and to return there often. I am sure you will also have a wonderful holiday in Gruissan and in one of my holiday homes. In this sense: à bientôt !
