Welcome to the holiday home La Lavande 46 in Gruissan. Here you can spend a beautiful, relaxing holiday. The house offers 55 m² of space for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. An additional toilet is located on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you will find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, as well as ample dishes.
For sociable evenings, a BBQ grill is available. In the open living area, comfortable seating and a TV with satellite reception, CD player, and radio invite you to relax. WLAN is of course available, as well as air conditioning, so you can feel comfortable at any time of year. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner provide additional comfort.
The two terraces with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants are the perfect place for shared meals or an aperitif outdoors. Since the terraces are located at the front and back of the house, you can always decide whether you want to stay in the sun or in the shade. Additionally, a large awning and a big sun umbrella provide shade if desired.
A communal pool offers refreshment on warm days. A private parking space is available. The house is exclusively for non-smokers and is also suitable for longer stays.

Our holiday home is located in a residence, about 150 m from the lagoon with Grazel beach and the promenade.
There are other large beaches in the immediate vicinity.
The promenade leads to the nearby restaurants and the marina. In the surrounding vineyards and the small rocky massif La Clape,
you have the opportunity to hike and cycle. The picturesque old town of Gruissan, with its castle and situated on the lagoon, offers a cozy atmosphere
and a lovely weekly market. Shopping facilities and a bakery for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity.
