Welcome to the Lavende holiday home in Gruissan – your perfect retreat for up to six guests! On 48 m² of living space, you will find two cozy bedrooms and a well-kept bathroom. The house is suitable for non-smokers only and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy sunny hours on the spacious terrace or in your own garden, where a BBQ grill invites you to sociable evenings. The swimming pool provides refreshment, while your car is safely parked in the private parking lot.

The well-equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, a stove with oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment—perfect for self-catering. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable at the dining table or on the cozy seating while enjoying TV or free Wi-Fi. The washing machine in the garden house and an iron make longer stays, which are easily possible here, more convenient.

The place is located at the foot of the La Clape mountains, surrounded by vast sandy beaches and lagoons, in the midst of the largest wine-growing region in southern France.

The region of Languedoc Roussillon offers a varied landscape. There is the sea, the La Clape mountains near the coast, the wide, fertile plain up to the Montagne Noire through which the "Canal du Midi" winds, as well as many sights such as, for example, in Gruissan the Tour Barberousse, Le Salin l'île St. martin de Gruissan, Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux, Chapelle Notre Dame des Auzils, Pierre Richard’s winery and much more.
The proximity to the large sandy beaches, as well as the expansive hinterland up to the Montagne Noire, make up the charm of this tranquil area.
