Description of the flat:
On the upper floor of the exclusive two-family house you will find this modern, well-equipped holiday flat with two bedrooms for up to 4 people. Through a separate entrance you directly reach the hallway of the modern flat via a staircase. The entire living and dining area is decorated in beige-brown tones, which creates a warm atmosphere.
The living accessories such as curtains and decorative cushions are also designed in these colours to match. The elegant kitchen is also beige brown and leaves nothing to be desired: it is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and Senseo pad coffee machine. In any case, the two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The beds are made upon your arrival.
The grey-white modern daylight bathroom has a shower with shallow access, a washer-dryer, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer and additional floor heating. The entire flat (except for the bathroom) has wood-look laminate flooring. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. There is a separate terrace in the garden, which you can easily reach in a few steps from your front door. The entire holiday flat is lovingly and personally furnished. A beach chair on your sun terrace gives you that certain North Sea beach feeling with a good book and a cup of tea or a cool blonde.

Greetsiel is located on the East Frisian North Sea coast,
halfway between Emden and Norden. It is about 20 minutes by car from both cities to Greetsiel.
The holiday home is located in the fishing village of Greetsiel, in Peter-Barfs-Straße.
In just a few minutes' walk (approx. 500 m) you can reach the centre of the village, the fishing harbour and the Greetsiel twin mills.

Greetsiel is a good base for your holiday. It is worth visiting the small warf villages with their old leaning churches or the lighthouses of Pilsum and Campen.
The coastal town is known for its harbour with fish restaurants, traditional fishing boats and 18th-century brick houses, most of which have family crests on their gables.
The Greetsiel National Park House features an interactive exhibition on the nearby Wadden Sea National Park. The village is also the starting point for a visit to the Leyhörn nature reserve, where there is a hut for bird watching, hiking trails and the colourfully painted Pilsum lighthouse.
In Rysum you should visit the mill from 1898 and the church with the oldest playable organ from the 15th century.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Freundliche Ferienwohnung,
hier kann man sich mit zwei Personen sehr gut aufhalten. Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kommunikation und Empfang sehr freundlich, schön aufgeteilte Wohnung im 1. Stock mit separatem Eingang, sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhige Lage, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum von Greetsiel

Lärm durch Baustelle
Wir sind enttäuscht, dass wir nicht im Voraus über den Umstand, das dass Haus an eine große Baustelle grenzt, informiert wurden.
Da wir an einem Sonntag angereist sind, konnten wir die Lautstärke der Baustelle nicht beurteilen, sonst hätten wir den Aufenthalt erst gar nicht angetreten.
Wir sind aus diesem Grund am 2. von 5 Urlaubstagen abgereist.
