Schöne Fewo mit tollem Sitzplatz im Erker. Der Aufstieg unters Dach mit Gepäck ist für ältere Leute etwas mühsam, ebenso die Badewanne, in der man nicht aufrecht stehen kann. Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers ist modern und freundlich aber etwas seltsam - viele Regale und Tische, dafür kein Sofa.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Betten 1A. Anmerkung: 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier waren für den Aufenthalt zu wenig. Schön wäre Handwaschseife, kann ja die Billigste sein ;-)

Das einzige Manko ist, das man nicht duschen kann, weil das Bad Schrägwände hat. Sonst alles top. Sehr schön ist der Blick auf die Ostsee beim Frühstück. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war absolut sauber und gepflegt! Toll wären noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gewesen. So hatten wir stellenweise die Wahl zwischen starker Hitze oder Mücken... Wir hätten gerne mehr gelüftet, ohne von vielen Mücken heimgesucht zu werden. Als Kleinigkeit - ein Nudelsieb fehlt. Für die Baustelle vor dem Haus können Sie ja nichts, war leider teilweise was laut morgens... Sonst alles prima, vielen Dank nochmal auch für das Schlüssel-Taxi!!

Für diesen günstigen Preis habe ich eine Super-Wohnung bekommen von einem superfreundlichen Prohome-Team. Beides sucht in Ahlbeck seinesgleichen. Hier macht man nichts falsch.

Es ist eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sauber, die tatsächlich zwischen den direkt an der Promenade stehenden Häusern/Hotels den Meerblick ermöglicht. Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt und damit einige Treppenstufen zu überwinden sind, ist sie vielleicht nicht ganz so für ältere Menschen geeignet. Meine fast 80jährige Mutter hat sich etwas schwer getan, aber 2x täglich rauf und runter hat sie dann gut geschafft. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

die Wohnung ist sehr schön,besonders der Meerblick war toll. Ein wenig umständlich ist es mit dem duschen, bzw. man kann nur baden, wegen der Dachschräge genau wie im Schlafzimmer wenn man die Betten zusammen stellt. Aber das ist für den Urlaub o.k. Ich würde allerdings den Fernseher etwas anders anbringen oder einen variablen Schwenkarm empfehlen. Fernsehen geht sonst nur vom Einzelbett in der Ecke. Wir sind trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung gewesen und würden Sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Alles wieder Top.Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Idealer Standort für Erkundungen ringsum Ahlbeck.Der Ausblick vom Fenster direkt auf die Ostsee ist ein schöner Tagesausklang.

tolle Wohnung im Dachgeschoß der Villa Sanke mit tollem Ausblick auf die Strandpromenade und die Ostsee - sehr moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle moderne Ausstattung - eine befahrene Straße ist nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe - hier kann man wirklich Ruhe genießen und Urlaub machen

Perfect villa with lake view, only no parking space for the car. There are 6 apartments, with villa numbers 5 and 6 not having a designated parking space. Otherwise, an excellent accommodation. Greetings, Gerard Teuiten.

The arrival and departure went smoothly. The service is good here. The apartment is located in the attic and still has a lot of potential for improvement. Older people should not book here because there is only a bathtub under a sloping roof. Showering standing up is not possible. There is no sofa in the living room, only 2 armchairs. The apartment is quite cold, the floor is very cold, we had to turn on the radiators to make it somewhat comfortable in the apartment. There are 3 single beds. No double bed! All beds are under the sloping roof. What I missed in the fitted kitchen was a colander and salt/pepper, which I have had as a standard in every apartment so far. On the positive side: the staff in the office (key handover) are very friendly. Those who can live with these apartment notes are in good hands. There is still a nice view for breakfast and the apartment is centrally located. Dogs are welcome and there is a parking space at the residential building. Ahlbeck is worth a visit!

We felt very comfortable here. It was absolutely clean and well maintained! It would have been great to have fly screens on the windows. Sometimes we had to choose between strong heat or mosquitoes... We would have liked to ventilate more without being plagued by many mosquitoes. As a minor point - a pasta strainer is missing. You can't do anything about the construction site in front of the house, unfortunately it was a bit loud in the mornings... Otherwise everything was great, thanks again also for the key taxi!!
