The holiday flat has a spacious living room with satellite TV, dining area and sitting area, a veranda with extra bed function, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeping gallery with 2 single beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a separate cot
The self-contained kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker....
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower
Alternatively, the terrace in the garden or the small exit in front of the kitchen can be used as a dining area.

The holiday flat is in a very quiet location close to the beach in the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Ostseetherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and saunas) are within a few minutes walking distance
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, pubs ... are to be found in the immediate vicinity
Shopping to your heart's content is very easy: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookshops ... everything can be found.
In the centre of the village there are also specialist shops, as well as all facilities for daily needs such as bakers, grocers, cafés, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops
The train station as well as a bicycle rental shop can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

In need of renovation
Great location. Regarding the apartment, it is missing a fresh coat of paint, and the balcony is too small. Furthermore, the fridge is much too small for 8 people (as the apartment is advertised for 8 people), and parts are missing in the fridge door where items can be placed. The coffee maker is old and dirty. The bathroom is beautiful, but only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a week (or longer). The beds are worn out and the slatted frame is broken. The terrace in the "garden" is not inviting to linger. The garden is a construction site. I would not rate this apartment as bad, but it needs renovation, painting walls, etc. Fixing the balcony and terrace. The driveway (construction rubble driveway) could also be done. Nevertheless, it was a nice 5 days in Ahlbeck. Ahlbeck is definitely worth recommending.
