The holiday flat has a spacious living room with satellite TV, dining area and sitting area, a veranda with extra bed function, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeping gallery with 2 single beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a separate cot
The self-contained kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker....
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower
Alternatively, the terrace in the garden or the small exit in front of the kitchen can be used as a dining area.

The holiday flat is in a very quiet location close to the beach in the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Ostseetherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and saunas) are within a few minutes walking distance
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, pubs ... are to be found in the immediate vicinity
Shopping to your heart's content is very easy: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookshops ... everything can be found.
In the centre of the village there are also specialist shops, as well as all facilities for daily needs such as bakers, grocers, cafés, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops

Sanierungsbedürftig
Tolle Lage. Zu der Wohnung muss man sagen dass ein frischer anstrich fehlt, der austritt/Balkon zu klein ist. Des weiteren ist der Kühlschrank viel zu klein für 8 Personen (da die wohnung für 8Personen angeboten wird) noch dazu fehlen in der kühlschranktür teile wo man etwas rein stellen kann. Kaffeemaschine alt und schmutzig. Das Bad ist wunderschön, allerdings war nur eine rolle toilettenpapier vorhanden, mit der man eine woche(oder länger) hinkommen soll. Betten sind durchgelegen und Lattenrost Kaputt. Die Terasse im "Garten" lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Garten ist eine Baustelle. Ich würde diese wohnung nicht als schlecht bewerten, aber es fehlt eine sanierung, wände steichen etc. Den balkon und die terrasse machen. Die einfahrt (Bauschutt einfahrt) könnte auch mal gemacht werden. Trotzdem waren es schöne 5 Tage in Ahlbeck. Ahlbeck ist auf jeden fall zu empfehlen.
