Description

The apartment is modernly furnished, offers space for 3 guests on 55 sqm, and leaves nothing to be desired. The fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, and coffee machine as well as seating makes self-catering a pleasure. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and a couch. A modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer is also available. Our cozy holiday apartment also offers a south-facing balcony with a beach chair, comfortable garden furniture, and a sunshade providing shade – perfect for enjoying the warm sun and the sea breeze.
Technical amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV are of course available. A private parking space on the fenced property is available.
If you bring bicycles, you can store them in the covered area provided for this purpose. The property is secured with a permanently locked fence system.
If you wish to do laundry during longer stays, this is possible in our utility room.
The holiday apartment Ahlbeck 1 is a non-smoking residence (for smokers there are ashtrays on the balcony). There is also the option of long-term rental – ideal for anyone who wants to escape everyday life and stay longer in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.
The price per night does not include the tourist tax. The tourist tax must be paid on site in cash.
Animals are not allowed in this apartment.

Location and surroundings of object

The centrally located apartment makes it possible for you to reach shopping and leisure facilities quickly. The Baltic Sea beach with its charming promenade is only a few minutes' walk away. From here, you can reach almost all places on the island via a very well-developed network of cycle paths. Countless hiking and walking trails also originate here. The Ostseetherme spa is 2 km away
The most popular fish restaurants of the Kaiserbäder are located on the promenade. The German-Polish border is about 3 km away. The border market there offers good shopping opportunities, but the Polish town of Swinemünde is also worth a visit. The island of Usedom itself offers numerous ways for you to go on a wonderful, eventful holiday. There is always plenty of variety here
Along with Heringsdorf and Bansin, Ahlbeck is one of the renowned imperial resorts. Lavishly decorated hotels, guesthouses and villas, built at the beginning of the 20th century in the style of the so-called imperial spa architecture, characterise the townscape.

Recommended!

Very good apartment in the second row with everything you need. Water pressure in the shower could be set higher. Super comfortable bed and ideal walk-in closet. The parasol on the balcony should be renewed. Definitely recommendable....

Very nice vacation

We were thrilled with Ahlbeck as every year. The holiday apartment of the Lembke-Herzberg family was newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and had everything one needs.
One week with excellent weather, good food, and beautiful experiences has unfortunately come to an end.
Next year again.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation :-)

It was another great vacation in the newly furnished holiday apartment. Everything needed for a relaxing holiday was available. I particularly enjoyed the beach chair on the balcony, which had sun until the evening. Very friendly landlord who takes care of everything. This will not be our last vacation here.

Holiday apartment for feeling good

We felt at home in this holiday apartment. Access is via a staircase. The equipment is complete, nothing was missing. Kitchen with a large sink, electric stove with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more, all new. The apartment is freshly renovated, clean, tidy, and functional. There is nothing to complain about. Only the shower felt a bit cramped to me personally, not to my wife. We are full of praise for this lovely apartment. For shopping, a 3-minute walk to the "Netto Market" with a bakery. Enjoy breakfast with fresh rolls on the balcony in good weather. Located on a lightly traveled street. Windows seal well and have blinds if needed. We can recommend this apartment with confidence to future users. A short walk to the beach via "Seestraße". Enjoy fish at "Domke" on Seestr. 24, a rich and delightful experience, highly recommended. The landlord was always available, very friendly, and accommodating. We thank you for this short but very pleasant stay and hope to see you again soon.

a completely beautiful holiday in the apartment Ahlbeck 1

We stayed from 12.07. - 21.07.2021 in Ahlbeck in the holiday apartment Ahlbeck1. Everything suited us. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The care by the responsible administrator was very good, and a representative of the holiday apartment rental Herzberg - Lemke was also on site, which is not common. We particularly liked the balcony with beach chair. In case of rain, a beautiful covered seating area is offered in front of the apartment. Shopping facilities are about 5 minutes away by car. 3 minutes from the vacation rental. The beach can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes. Swinoujscie can be comfortably reached on foot via Dünenstraße. It is also special that with the spa card you can use the bus for free throughout Usedom. For us, it was a beautiful and relaxing holiday, which we will repeat in the vacation home at a later time.
