Looking for a little time out in the countryside? Directly at the edge of the forest, our small and cosy "beach hut" with space for four people awaits you. In the wooden house you will find two bunk beds (4x 90x200) with a small sitting area. In the adjacent caravan you will find a small kitchenette, a shower and a separate toilet. How about a hot coffee on the terrace to start the day? From there you can continue directly with an extensive walk in the woods, for example to the Polish part of the island of Usedom. How about ending a romantic evening with something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or a red wine? Put your feet up and relax. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bike? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, DVD player, small fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, microwave with hot air and grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer and much more. There is no heating!
There is another bungalow and a modern Tiny House on the property, which we are happy to make available to you together. Perfect for a Baltic Sea holiday with friends or family.

The Baltic seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are among the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There are cultural attractions for every taste. Just mention the "Chapeau Rouge" theatre tent or the spa concerts on the promenade.
The boutiques and shops within walking distance invite you to shop extensively. Cafes and restaurants in a beautiful location offer a wide range of dishes to suit every palate.

Strandbude
Good infrastructure but directly on the country road, it may be loud. Booking was quick and uncomplicated.
There is no privacy screen either in the house or on the property. The accommodation itself is already very worn and unkempt. Too bad, really. It could be made more of.
The septic tank is emptied at 6:30 in the morning right in front of the property.
No paper waste disposal possible.

Sollte es Beanstandungen hinsichtlich des Reinigungszustands geben, bitten wir um eine direkte Mitteilung möglichst zeitnah nach Anreise – in solchen Fällen wird eine unverzügliche Nachreinigung durch unsere Reinigungsfirma organisiert. Eine entsprechende Information lag uns in Ihrem Fall nicht vor.
Was die Entsorgung betrifft: Die Abfuhr der privaten Kläranlage liegt im Verantwortungsbereich des externen Betreibers, auf dessen Zeitfenster wir leider keinen Einfluss nehmen können. Ebenso ist es im betreffenden Versorgungsgebiet nicht möglich, eine separate Papiertonne zu bestellen – hierfür bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis.
Die baulichen Gegebenheiten, einschließlich der Lage an der Landstraße sowie der offenen Grundstückssituation, sind in der Objektbeschreibung transparent ausgewiesen. Nichtsdestotrotz nehmen wir Ihre Rückmeldung zu Pflegezustand und Ausstattung ernst und prüfen entsprechende Maßnahmen.
