Enjoy the fantastic beach location, the new modern furnishings with separate living room/bedroom .with Sony TV ,the modern fitted kitchen with cooker,ceramic hob,microwave etc.. The dining area with glass table can easily be enlarged. Here you have comfortable seating furniture. A Delongi breakfast set with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and milk frother is available. You can expect a high level of living comfort.
The high-quality sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room is easy to operate and has a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.0 metres. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed for 2 persons. There is a 2nd television here. The large built-in wardrobe with mirror completes the furnishing. From the living room as well as from the bedroom you can access the balcony and the terrace (south side!).
Here you have short ways to the beach.
The flat has 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet. The large bathroom has a shower and bathtub! and a hairdryer.
You can use the balcony or the large terrace with a 3-seater beach chair facing south.
Apartment no. 114, double parking in underground car park above (max. height 1.50 metres 5 series BMW fits- not SUV or minibus), 2 bicycles incl.,We await you personally on the day of arrival and instruct you in the local conditions and cakes alternatively pastries await you on we answer your questions.

1. In a very well-maintained villa area. Ideal for walking, cycling and jogging but also hiking. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (Waldoase). Shopping areas are from 500 metres from the flat. During your holiday you can let your soul dangle or do sports/ and active holidays. Entertainment is guaranteed in all seaside resorts. NO BETTER IS NOT POSSIBLE
All-round feel-good days in a modern and very tastefully furnished apartment. No wishes were left unfulfilled. We especially liked the terrace with a beach chair, seating area with a large parasol. You can calmly end the day there. Thanks again for the nice reception with coffee and cake. We will be back. Greetings from Thuringia.

Our wonderful vacation in Ahlbeck
We were very enthusiastic!!!! Very nice landlords, we felt very comfortable.
The lovingly furnished holiday apartment left nothing to be desired!!!!
Great beach less than 20 meters away, wonderfully quiet. We drove home very relaxed.

Dreamy location for a relaxing vacation
The vacation rental is very nicely furnished, great terrace with beach chair for sunbathing. To reach the beach, you just have to cross the promenade. You can quickly reach the beach promenade in Heringsdorf by bike, and the pier in Ahlbeck is also within walking distance. Great praise to the landlords, who welcomed us very warmly with coffee and homemade cake.

Immer wieder
We stayed in this accommodation for 10 days. It was the best Baltic Sea vacation so far. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, and even in bad weather, one feels comfortable there. Our grandson was thrilled and played all day at the beach. He is already looking forward to next year. Due to our health problems, this apartment was ideal. We didn't have far to go to the water and could return to the small garden after swimming.
