Our lovingly furnished, spacious 2-room holiday flat is located directly in the popular Baltic Sea spa Graal-Müritz in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, but only a few minutes away from shopping facilities, restaurants and the Baltic Sea beach. The solidly built terraced house complex has only 16 residential units on a generous area and great importance is attached to a well-kept outdoor area. The spacious 60 sqm with a separate ground-level entrance is divided into a sun-flooded living/dining room (pull-out sofa with 2 sleeping options) with an open, modern fitted kitchen (all necessary kitchen utensils available), a dining area with 4 chairs, the bedroom with a large wardrobe and a large double bed, the bathroom with a spacious all-glass shower and the spacious hallway with wardrobe and separate storage room - all tastefully furnished to a high standard. Of course, there is also a flat-screen TV, satellite TV and various games and books. The spacious terrace, equipped with modern garden furniture, and the lovingly landscaped garden make your Baltic Sea holiday a pleasure. A parking space belonging to the flat is located directly in the complex. Bicycle racks and rotary clothes dryers are available directly in front of the entrance to the flat. You still need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

In Graal-Müritz on the popular Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern at the entrance to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, you will find our spacious sunny 2-room flat on the ground floor of a new terraced house in a quiet yet central location with a large south-west facing terrace and private garden as well as its own entrance. You can reach the 5 km long Baltic Sea beach in 20 minutes on foot. The special sea-moor climate in and around Graal-Müritz attracts a steadily growing number of health-conscious holidaymakers who can fill their holidays with leisure activities of all kinds.

Enttäuschend
Um mit dem positiven zu beginnen:
Kommunikation verlief sehr freundlich und eine kurzfristige Buchung war kein Problem.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war aber sehr enttäuschend. Die Matratzen sind leider extrem weich/ durchgelegen und ich habe jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen begonnen.. Der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine sind komplett verkalkt. Leider waren auch keine Kaffeefilter o.ä. vorhanden. Beim anschalten der Wohnzimmerlampe schüttelte es mich erst einmal – in dieser lagen jede Menge tote Fliegen & andere Insekten. Die Dusche war auch nicht sauber. Küchenhandtücher sind leider auch keine vorhanden – okay, es steht dabei das Handtücher mitzubringen sind – dass das auch für die Küche gilt, steht leider nicht dabei.Ansonsten wurden uns 2x Mülltüten und 2x Geschirrspültaps zugeteilt – allerdings gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Das ist eventuell auch der Grund dafür, dass das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise nicht wirklich sauber ist….Kurtaxe muss auch selbst im Haus des Gastes entrichtet werden. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Ihre Bewertung haben wir mit Bestürzung zur Kenntnis genommen. Wenn Sie mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden waren, hätten Sie nach Ihrer Ankunft die Gelegenheit gehabt, unseren Dienstleister zu kontaktieren. Dann wäre sofort nachgearbeitet worden. Die Matratzen können nicht durchgelegen sein, da sie erst im letzten Jahr erneuert worden sind. In der Beschreibung ist ersichtlich, dass in der Wohnung kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was viele unserer Stammgäste auch honorieren.
