A beautiful modern cottage home located on a quiet residential street within a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are 3 double bedrooms, living room,dining area, family room, breakfast nook and kitchen. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite with jacussi bath and walk in shower and wardrobe. ALl rooms can be made up as double beds. Our linens are regularly changed so that our guests can enjoy fresh bed linen and brigh white towels. We also provide beach towels and beach equipment including chairs, whelled ice boxes and some toys.

This is our lovely home from home! The living areas are floored in maple wood and the bedrooms are carpeted in light muted tones. Bedrooms are large and all have good furniture and large storage areas. The formal living room has leather sofas and there is a dining area located to one side - views to garden and pool areas. The kitchen is small but very well fitted with large american fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and is well equipped with crockery etc. There is a small bar unit with 2 stools. There is also a breakfast nook located to one side and the family entertainment is also located off this room. There are 2 tvs in the house - one in the family room and one in the master bedroom - dvds in both rooms.

Marco Island is a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Built from 1000 islands, there are waterways everywhere and nice flat areas for walking and cycling. Shops and business areas are discretely located and all housing areas are very well maintained.
