Villa Perfect Life – Architecture, furnishings, and decoration put you in a holiday mood as soon as you enter the villa. Style elements include small canopies, verandas, and the wood-paneled facade.
The two spacious master suites have direct access to the pool deck and a view over the water. The third suite is spatially separated by a sliding door and its own hallway. All suites have their own shower with WC, and the master suite additionally has a bathtub. In generously sized walk-in closets, you can comfortably store your travel wardrobe. Of course, each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and sound dock for entertainment. Here you can also watch German channels.
In the over 100 sqm large, open-plan living and dining area, you will find a comfortable living space for 6 people with a flat-screen TV and stereo system.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to... a. Listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist from your mobile device in the house or pool area.
A tablet computer is available for controlling the Sonos sound system and for surfing the internet.
The modern, open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even for discerning gourmet chefs. From the dining area you have a wonderful view over the pool and the canal to the southwest. In addition to the classic filter coffee machine, you will also find a Nespresso machine and a milk frother. Please bring the capsules for this from home.
Adjacent to the living area is the entertainment zone. The extra-high sliding doors can be fully opened to the so-called lanai. This creates a seamless, spacious combined indoor/outdoor living area.
Another special feature is the air hockey table. This guarantees fun for young and old alike.
However, the highlight and centerpiece of your vacation in Villa Perfect Life will be the pool deck. On over 170 sqm, everyone will find their place in the sun or in the shade of the 9-meter-high palm trees.
Imported gray travertine stone flooring has been laid over the entire area. Ideally, the terrace and pool deck are facing west, so you can enjoy the sun right after breakfast and be accompanied by the sunset at dinner.
In the heated designer pool, you can either swim laps over more than 10 meters or sunbathe in the shallow water zone with a cocktail in hand. At night, the LED lighting of the pool and the illuminated water feature enchant you. The pool area also features a whirlpool for up to 6 people, which can be heated and illuminated separately.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
Our guests are looked after by our German property management. She will always be ready to help you with any questions or problems you may have. After your arrival, you will be shown around the house. In the villa, you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
