Enjoyed this house- has everything you need

Everything was great with this house - and I would definitely recommend it. Checkin process was easy, even when booking last minute. The house was clean and well-stocked and exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen had a small starter kit for the basics but you'll need your own if staying more than a few days. I brought my own bikes and they had 2 kyacks for use. It is close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and other restaurants. The owner and property manager were very responsive to requests, including extending the stay. Note that the pricing is based upon 2 people so additional adults are an extra cost. Overall it was a terrific place to stay and we'd certainly come back.

This place is AMAZING!

You can’t beat the view, the amenities, the pool, etc. Everything was way better than expected. We were very impressed by how top notch everything in the house was. The only thing to be aware of, is when using the grill, make sure all doors are closed - as the smoke tends to make its way inside the house. Also, the property managers will come to the house for check in and check out. So make sure to plan accordingly. Our family had a great time and we will definitely be back!

Wunderschönes Haus

We just returned from a week-long stay at the Beach Estate. It is definitely the most beautiful house we have rented in CC so far. It is new, bright, wonderfully equipped, and opens up to a quite wide canal/end of a canal. It is located quite far west in CC, which was very nice for our bike rides. It is also only a few minutes away from one of the best equipped Publix. The house was of course way too big for the two of us, but it is so nice and spacious that even with 6-8 people, there are no problems. As with our other rental, our contacts with Mrs. Schommer in Germany and the German caretaker couple were very personal and reliable.

Traumhafte Villa in Cape Coral

We, a group of four, are already staying at Villa Beach Estate for the third time. The villa is very modern, everything is well-maintained, and it leaves nothing to be desired. The location is fantastic, right on the canal with a wonderful sunset. Inquiries regarding rentals have always been answered very quickly. For us, no other villa in Cape Coral is an option anymore, this is our absolute dream villa.

Villa Beach Estate

The Villa Beach Estate impresses with its modern and comprehensive furnishings and equipment, as well as the breathtaking view of a canal junction towards the west. The outdoor area with the outdoor kitchen and the pool with spa is a perfect place to spend entire days. All important destinations within CC can be reached quickly. The only drawback for boaters is the long canal journeys until reaching the slow speed zone with a boat. The neighborhood is friendly and well-maintained. The house was in great condition and clean when we arrived. Otherwise, we can clearly recommend the house.

Perfect Vacation

The property is excellent in every way, from initial rental contact to the check out. Quick response to any questions. The home was spotless and well stocked upon arrival. Plenty of towels, blankets and cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable. Pool was crystal clear. The spa was relaxing in the evening. There are beach/pool towels, beach chairs and pool floats as well. The property managers (Patricia and Heiko) are a pleasure to work with. We rented a boat for a few days, and with a quick lesson from Heiko, we had a great time with no issues. The home is located near shopping, great restaurants and activities. Beautiful beaches in Ft. Myers and Sanibel and Captiva are within an 1/2 hr to 45 min ride. Not one complaint on this property. We will rent this home again for sure!

Perfekt

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days in April/May 2019. It is very quiet, with great views of two canals, beautiful sunsets, top service through the website, and on-site support. We would book this house again immediately. There were two adults and two children (4 and 6 years old).

Villa Beach Estate

We spent 11 dream days over New Year's Eve at Villa Beach Estate. The location on the canal, the water views, the pool and hot tub, the terrace with barbecue station are simply a dream. Additionally, we had our own motorboat for a week, which was the best idea ever! We explored the coast's hotspots with the boat, and despite not having a boating license, we had no problems thanks to the great instructions. However, it is good when several people are on board, and our adult children and our friends loved it. The villa easily accommodates 8 people, is super equipped, comfortable, cozy, spacious, elegant, bright, simply top! We also felt totally safe. We can only absolutely recommend this villa, especially since the organization is excellent. Thanks to Monja and the Coral Villa GmbH - it was truly a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Villa Beach Estate

Sensational Villa Beach Estate!! We spent 2 weeks in January in this beautiful dream villa in Cape Coral. Hard to believe, but even more beautiful than in the photos!! The house is perfectly equipped, luxurious, spacious, and cozy. The pool area is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. The view of the expansive canal, especially during sunrise and sunset, is incredible. The location of the villa is ideal for excursions in the area or in southern Florida. Not far away, you can explore the islands of Sanibel Island and Captiva or watch dolphins on a boat tour. Good shopping, bars, and restaurants are also easily accessible in Cape Coral. We definitely won't be the last time here, absolutely recommendable!!

A wonderful Villa "Beach Estate"! Thank you for all!

The high-quality and stylish villa "Beach Estate" with its 4 bedrooms, located in the preferred southwest of Cape Coral, is situated in a beautifully landscaped street (more like an avenue) and offers a wonderful and unobstructed view of the very large canal (intersection) from its very spacious terrace. We (2 people) were able to enjoy our three-week vacation in the Villa "Beach Estate" at the end of 2018 with the help of MONJA (owner of the agency). Thanks to her uncomplicated, reliable, helpful, and warm-hearted nature. Thank you very much again, dear Monja! We couldn't believe that the property management companies we have encountered in Florida in recent years were surpassed by far in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, reliability, support, and sympathy: Patricia was simply fantastic and a truly special advertisement for booking (again) through the agency "CoralVilla." A very big "thank you" for this! The owner has tastefully furnished the spacious villa "Beach Estate" for himself and the guests with high quality. The generous terrace design alone is unparalleled in SW Florida! Additionally, there is a wonderful "solar pool" designed in a way that includes a small feature in the shallow area (entry) that relaxes us with its calming! and a quiet little splash gave the illusion that we were sitting near a fountain - a well-thought-out detail with a great effect! An absolutely generous kitchen design where it's also fun to just cook! A Nespresso machine, now indispensable for us on vacation, is of course also available. High-quality hand and bath towels are also available here in a very large quantity!

Beautiful Vacation Home for our Family of 6

This home was absolutely everything we could have asked for and more for our summer vacation. We had our 4 teenage children, and they truly enjoyed the modern amenities. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and the pool and outdoor area is extraordinary! We really enjoyed that is was close driving distance to many great restaurants, Fort Myers beach, and Sanibel Island. We cannot wait to visit and hopefully rent this vacation home again!

Cape Coral Villa Beach Wonderful

First let me start by saying Patricia is an amazing host. She responded in a timely fashion and helped make my stay seamless. Everything from my arrival to my overall stay was great. Communication with the host was extremely easy. The home was just as described, extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, spotless with all of the amenities, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, lots of "personal touches" which made me feel very cozy and welcome. The pool and view were just so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with me!!
I hope to find time so I can plan on staying again in the future. Would recommend!!!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained home!

The lay out of the house was perfect. Loved that the bedrooms were spread out allowing each couple/family (we had 3 families) a separate "wing" of the house. The manager was so kind and accommodating. Great property!

Traumvilla in Cape Coral

In October 2017, we spent a wonderful holiday in an absolute dream villa. The villa is very well located on one of the canal arms. From the terrace, there is a fantastic view of the private pool and a beautiful sunset. Through the private boat dock, we were able to rent a motorboat for three days and visit islands like Sanibel Island and Captiva. There are good shopping opportunities near the villa. The villa is beautifully furnished. Overall, the villa can only be highly recommended.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil !!

Wir -eine fünfköpfige Gruppe, zwischen 50 und 56 Jahren jung- sind zufällig bei einer Internetrecherche auf die Villa gestoßen. Die Bilderserie hat uns beeindruckt. Die Antwort auf unsere Reservierungsanfrage kam sehr zügig aus einer saarländischen Nachbarstadt. Das Haus haben wir Ende Oktober/Anfang November 2017 kurzentschlossen für 11 Tage gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat sich gezeigt, dass die Beschreibung der Villa und die Bilder nicht zuviel versprochen haben. Im Gegenteil: durch die enormen Tür- und Deckenhöhen wirkte das Haus noch großzügiger und beeindruckender. Die Aussicht auf den Kanal und die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung war vollständig, modern, gepflegt und tadellos sauber.
Wir erlebten einen fantastischen Wohlfühlurlaub in einer luxuriösen, voll ausgestatteten Villa im Ferienparadies Florida mit deutscher Hausverwaltung und Betreuung vor Ort. Sogar die die Anmietung eines fabelhaften Bootes mit deutsschprachiger Einweisung hat die Vermieterin für uns im Vorfeld geregelt.
Diese Villa rechtfertigt jederzeit eine Empfehlung.
Zudem bietet Cape Coral beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Geografisch ist Cape Coral ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für interessante Tagestouren im südlichen Florida mit Mietwagen oder Harley.
