Description
There is currently no cage (insect screen) around the pool and terrace. We are trying to rebuild it as soon as possible (expected June 2023).
The open-plan living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. The cosy furnishings make you feel welcome right away. From here, the large glass doors lead directly to the beautifully landscaped pool area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge corner and a BBQ grill for cosy barbecue evenings. The pool is south-facing, perfect for enjoying the sun all day long, and is electrically heated.
Directly on the canal, your private boat deck with seating awaits you. Enjoy the sun and watch dolphins and fish swimming by. Start your exploration tours by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches directly from here.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool area and its own adjoining bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, share a bathroom. The second bedroom also offers direct pool access.
Our guests are looked after by our German property manager. She will always be ready to help you with any questions or problems you may have. After your arrival you will be introduced to the house. In the villa you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.
Boat rental is recommended! No boat licence is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
