The house is situated on a very long and very wide canal and accordingly offers dream views of the water. The west-facing position also creates a special atmosphere with the evening sunsets. It takes about 5 minutes by boat to reach the river/golf. WELCOME to VILLA BOEYARO in Cape Coral with one of the fastest golf accesses ever.

Any change made after the conclusion of this agreement (for example: change of property or time period) will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent new booking, i.e., terms of cancellation apply if not confirmed otherwise. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. Electricity is always included at $100 per week, which will be sufficient. So no additional payments are to be expected at the end.
We do NOT take a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust ... and avoid trouble for the guests after the holiday).
ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So you have to deal only and exclusively with us and not with the already "self-willed" owner or any property management, which is not allowed to decide anything.
We have been on site since 2002 and are known as extremely guest-friendly with over 70% regular guests.
