Description
Our villa was completed at the end of 2019 and is fully furnished in a modern style. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. Outside you will find a large terrace and a spacious infinity pool with integrated spa (40 ft x 12 ft)
The cosy living room offers a fireplace and a 75 inch TV with sound system. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. A cool box and sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach are available. The large master bedroom with king size bed has direct access to the pool and terrace. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a king size bed and direct access to the pool.

A dream in Cape Coral
We had a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in Villa Pura Vida. The house is beautifully designed, you can feel the attention to detail in all the rooms. The welcome alone, with music and a set table, was the first highlight. The house is very well maintained and clean, and the beds are a dream to sleep in. The location on the canal is great, and the area is quiet, but Publix, Target, etc. for shopping are quickly reachable, as well as Pine Island (great sunset) or the beaches of Sanibel/Captiva or Lovers Key. We felt comfortable from the first moment to the last and flew back with a heavy heart. Dennis Junk from the property management was very friendly and always available.

Simply wonderful!
The house is simply a dream. Situated in a beautiful and quiet location, the house offers everything you could imagine. We were thrilled with the furnishings and equipment. Nothing was missing. The rooms are large and spacious and all have a separate bathroom. Beautifully and lovingly furnished and stylish too. Bravo! I would come again immediately.
