Description
The living space is spacious and bright, featuring a cozy sitting area, TV, and a dining table. Adjacent is the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen with a large work island.
The house has 4 bedrooms, including two master suites with king-size beds and TVs, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. From one of the other bathrooms, you have direct access to the terrace/pool.
In the house, you will also find a nice, bright office with a desk and a view of the pool area.
On the beautiful terrace with a view of the water and a large heated pool, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day long. Here you will find a cozy sitting area with TV, a BBQ grill, and pool loungers. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and uses a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Essentially, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.
Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your trips are also available. For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, attractions, and much more.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required, and the boat you rent from us is located right at your booked villa, to, for example, go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats available for selection on our website coralvilla-florida.com.
With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also permitted only in the outdoor area.
