Description
It is situated on a wide canal in a quiet residential area close to the beautiful mangroves and Cape Harbour with shops, restaurants and Camelot Park with tennis courts.
If you like to be active on holiday, there is something for everyone here: enjoy the view from the water with the kayaks or stand-up paddle boards, take a ride on the bikes, or challenge friends and family to a pool or table tennis match.
On two floors, everyone will find their place of retreat. The living room offers enough space for evenings together. For music and film fans, we have installed a Samsung sound bar. This allows you to listen to your favourite radio stations at home or your own playlist via your mobile device. The glass doors lead directly to the pool area. With its whirlpool, lounge corner and sun loungers, it offers pure holiday atmosphere. The salt water pool can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes. Also available are beach towels, umbrellas, large coolers, beach chairs for excursions. After a relaxing day on holiday, a BBQ grill invites you to delicious barbecues.
The villa has four bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, as well as two bathrooms and a guest toilet. If you ever need to work during your holiday, you will find an office with desk and printer.
Directly at the canal you can relax and enjoy the sun. There are two boat docks here; the best conditions to start eventful boat trips: for example to Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach.
Boat rental is recommended! In Florida you don't need a boat licence and the boat you rent from us is located directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Great
The place was as described. The response times with property manager were really quick via text and everything worked properly no problems. Thats all you can ask, have the place look like the photo, everything work, and have someone respond to you questions in a timely fashion

Wonderful house!!
My wife and I spent two weeks at this location. It is clean and modern. The pool area is fabulous and the view is wonderful. Super close to supermarkets and downtown. Lots of places to go all and bike. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved the home
This place was a dream vacation. The location and pool were just perfect for our COVID vacation. Never even wanted to leave the house. We rented the hurricane 2400 as well. Such a fun add!! The home is exactly as pictured if not better!! There are extra fees onsite for use of electricity which adds up quick and grill cleaning. Just be aware when booking that there are extra costs onsite. The check in/out process so require action as well. But for a week rental was a beautiful escape!!! Nice neighborhood too!! Will def stay again!

We have loved every second of our stay
My family and I are obsessed with Villa Bellagio. It far surpassed our expectations so much so that we decided mid trip to extend our stay. The house was sparkling clean and had all the amenities needed for my family. The pool and view were a dream come true. Thank you for a memorable week.
The house and the pool are amazing. The house has many areas to sit and relax. The beds and linens were very comfortable as were the other pieces of furniture. The house is very inviting. My wife and I felt like we were at home, not a rental home. We also rented the Hurricane sundeck 2690. The boat was clean and outfitted nicely. While exploring the islands, you could see other rental boats and ours looked much nicer and better maintained. We had a great time exploring many beaches during our 5 days with the boat. There are many more islands than Sanibel and Captiva. Cayo Costa was our favorite. One could spend several days exploring its beaches and the interior of the island. We had the beach to ourselves and the closest person to us was at least a mile away. We will definitely be back someday. I cannot tell you much about the town of Cape Coral, Sanibel, or Captiva. We stayed in the house for 8 nights and only ate out once, at Doc Ford's, after exploring Cayo Costa for the day. This was partly due to COVID, but we preferred to be at the house, sitting in the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal shine directly into the pool. The management staff was top-notch, just like the accommodations.

Thank you for an amazing week!
This was an amazing house to rent for a week! We had a wonderful time floating in the pool and just relaxing with that spectacular view each day. We saw dolphins and manatees in the channel behind the house. Great location - close to beaches, easy access to grocery shopping. We loved to mangrove park across the road as well. The house was spotless when we arrived. We will hopefully have to opportunity to rent this house again in the future.

Amazing Villa
The villa is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The villa is really close to gift shops, boutiques, art gallerias, marinas and restaurants. The pool area is also amazing, especially in the evening when the sun sets. Lots of floats and beach balls to play around with in the pool. The villa also had beach chairs and umbrellas. We rented a boat which I think is a must. The boat was awesome and very well equipped. You can travel to Sanibel Island, Captiva, Ft Myers and many other places. You can also pull up to a few local restaurants in the boat. They are just a short distance away via the canal. The boat instruction by Heiko was top notch and very well done. I can say enough about the Managing Director and the rest of the staff. They were so helpful on any questions before and during our stay. My family thanks you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Villa
The house is absolutely beautiful! Everything was as pictured. House was sparkling clean & the pool and spa were fantastic. Would absolutely recommend staying here! Location is also great with easy access to the water or a short drive to many nearby restaurants. Also was an easy drive over to Sanibel Island & areas in Ft. Myers. Well-maintained, clean, inviting, luxurious - for feeling good.
We spent a very nice week in this well-maintained house and were able to relax in the Florida sun. Regarding the process: Everything went smoothly via email in advance. Booking and questions could be easily and quickly addressed. Upon arrival, even though we were there much too early, we were warmly welcomed and were already able to use the outdoor facilities until all organizational matters were completed. Appointments were agreed upon on-site for both check-in and check-out. Both processes were very quick (possibly a bit rushed due to high occupancy) and smooth. Regarding the amenities: Everything needed for a relaxing stay was available in the house. All beds were made up, and all bathrooms were prepared (with towels and toilet paper), even though we only needed two. After some minor initial difficulties, all air conditioning systems were working, and after getting used to the app for the sound system, each room as well as the pool area could be individually supplied with music. In the garage, there were even water toys available (air mattresses, water balls, etc.). Sufficient gas for the barbecue grill was also provided. After a brief introduction to the pool control, it did what it was supposed to do (heat up, with lights, with a whirlpool, etc.). Impression: The house was clean and well-maintained when we moved in. The property management is very committed to keeping the house in good condition and was grateful for feedback on defects that only residents might notice. These were promptly fixed.
Regarding the surroundings: The area where the villa is located is very quiet. The access road to the residential area is far away and has low traffic. Despite the hotel at the end of the street, there was little traffic. Towards evening, at dinner time, the access road became more crowded, as there is a marina with several restaurants at the end. (within a 10-minute walk)

Lovely home
We stayed as a family and enjoyed the house very much. It is very well equipped and the beds and comfortable. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. It did take quite some time to heat the hot tub and pool...probably because it was chilly outside. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just be aware the electricity use is monitored and you pay extra for what you use.
