Description
This villa in the southwest of Cape Coral was recently stylishly and completely refurnished and offers ample space for a varied family vacation. It is located on a wide canal in a quiet residential area near the beautiful mangroves and Cape Harbour with shops, restaurants, and Camelot Park with tennis courts. If you like to be active on vacation, there is something for everyone here: Enjoy the view from the water with the kayaks or stand-up paddle boards, take a trip with the bicycles, or challenge friends and family to a game of billiards.
On two floors, everyone can find their own retreat. The living area offers plenty of space for evenings together. For music and movie fans, we have installed a Samsung soundbar. This way you can, among other things, Listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device. Through the glass doors, you have direct access to the pool area. This offers pure holiday atmosphere with a whirlpool, lounge corner, and sun loungers. The saltwater pool can be electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. Beach towels, sun umbrellas, a large cooler, and beach chairs for excursions are also available. After a relaxing vacation day, a BBQ grill invites you to enjoy delicious barbecue evenings.
The villa has four bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, as well as two bathrooms and a guest WC. If you need to work during your vacation, you will find an office with a desk and printer here.
You can relax and enjoy the sun right by the canal.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, reach the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then select the boat you want.

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Great
The place was as described. The response times with property manager were really quick via text and everything worked properly no problems. Thats all you can ask, have the place look like the photo, everything work, and have someone respond to you questions in a timely fashion

Wonderful house!!
My wife and I spent two weeks at this location. It is clean and modern. The pool area is fabulous and the view is wonderful. Super close to supermarkets and downtown. Lots of places to go all and bike. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved the home
This place was a dream vacation. The location and pool were just perfect for our COVID vacation. Never even wanted to leave the house. We rented the hurricane 2400 as well. Such a fun add!! The home is exactly as pictured if not better!! There are extra fees onsite for use of electricity which adds up quick and grill cleaning. Just be aware when booking that there are extra costs onsite. The check in/out process so require action as well. But for a week rental was a beautiful escape!!! Nice neighborhood too!! Will def stay again!

We have loved every second of our stay
My family and I are obsessed with Villa Bellagio. It far surpassed our expectations so much so that we decided mid trip to extend our stay. The house was sparkling clean and had all the amenities needed for my family. The pool and view were a dream come true. We have every intention of staying again as long as the home is available for rent.
