Enjoy your Florida holiday in the completely renovated and lovingly furnished Villa Sunshine Paradise in Cape Coral.
The house offers you a large pool with SPA (electrically heated) and a south-facing terrace. In the outdoor area you will also find a table for 6 people and 4 sun loungers, which invite you to relax by the spacious pool. There is also a gas barbecue for those typical American BBQ evenings
The interior of the house also lacks nothing. A fully equipped kitchen is a matter of course. The three bedrooms with vinyl floor (1x king size, 2x queen size) are comfortably furnished and each has a chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe. In the master bedroom there is also an LED TV. One of the 2 bathrooms has direct access to the pool. The living room has a leather couch and Smart TV with internet access.
The entire living area is tiled and you can surf the secured Wi-Fi throughout the house. Normal electricity consumption is already included in the rental price (pool heating only in the winter season, in summer for a small extra charge). A collection of board games and a small selection of books are also available
The house is fully equipped for 6 persons: Crockery, towels and bed linen are provided.
Since we, as owners, also spend our holidays in our house, we improve and change our villa with every stay, therefore you will find a lovingly designed holiday home

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral, also called the Venice of Florida, is ideal for a carefree holiday in a holiday home. Everything can be reached in a short time. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants for every taste. Leisure facilities (mini golf, water park, golf etc.) are also available. Day trips to the Everglades or various theme parks (Bush Garden) are also possible. The sought-after shopping malls and outlets (Miromar, Sanibel, etc.) are only a 30-40 minute drive away.
To the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Lovers Key State Park etc. it takes about 30 minutes. Cape Coral itself has a small beach and harbour with excellent gastronomy. The nearest airport (RSW) is about 2o miles (30 minutes) away. The popular cities of Tampa and Miami are also about 2 hours away. Orlando is a highlight for amusement park fans, it takes about 3.5 hours to get there. Cape Coral and Fort Myers also offer numerous golf courses for golf lovers
The climate is extremely pleasant all year round, as there is almost always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico. On average, Florida has 330 days of sunshine, which is why it is also called the Sunshine State. The water temperature of the Gulf rarely falls below 23 degrees Celsius. This means you can swim and visit the beach all year round
Nearest beach : Cape Coral Beach in about 5 miles. The beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel Island can be reached quickly by rental car
Fort Myers Beach: in approx. 12 miles
Nearest 18-hole golf course: in the immediate vicinity (approx. 1 mile). Optimal for golf lovers: there are 6 golf courses within a radius of 5 miles
Shopping facilities: Publix supermarket, Target etc. within approx. 0.5 miles.
Besides sunny days at the beach, the nightlife in Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach with numerous restaurants and bars is very entertaining.
Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers or Estero.
You can visit various theme parks in Orlando or Tampa. Cities like Miami, Tampa and Naples can be reached within a day trip.
The Everglades safari tours can be reached in about 45 minutes.

Wellness oasis?
Holiday from the beginning. The first contacts already conveyed to us that we are in the right place. Great vacation in a beautiful villa!
We spent three wonderful weeks of vacation in this beautiful villa. Everything is available and we didn't miss anything. The care by the owner and German-speaking local manager was very good before and during our stay. We would book this house again anytime and can definitely recommend it.

Everything is there
Very tastefully and practically furnished, fully corresponds to the advertisement and is ideal for a holiday with children.
The large, well-maintained pool provides an undisturbed atmosphere. Pure relaxation!
Very nice care by the German-speaking landlord before and during our stay.

Super holiday
Great house with super facilities. From towels to beach chairs, everything you need for a successful holiday was there. Fantastische Urlaubszeit
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier im Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Ein Highlight ist sicher der sehr gepflegte Pool mit dem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Auch die Lage innerhalb Cape Coral empfanden wir als vorteilhaft. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Dream holiday in a dream house
This
This house is simply a dream. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 week, far too little. Top equipment, everything you need. Starting with towels, kitchen fully equipped with spices. 3 bedrooms. We only slept in the maternity bedroom. Slept like on clouds :-) If it wasn't for the pool right in front of the window, it would have been hard to get up ;-) The pool area is huge. The pool is also great for swimming. I can't rave enough. Have been home for 1 week but want to go back right now :-)
Also the handling with family Eherer was wonderful! Thank you for EVERYTHING

Once again a dream holiday
This was the second time we stayed in this beautiful holiday home and, as with our first stay, we were completely satisfied. Einfach nur top
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienvilla zu Gast. Wer in diesem Haus urlaubt macht dem fehlt es an nichts. Die tolle Einrichtung des Hauses, der großzügige Pool und das ultra bequeme Bett gefiel uns ganz besonders. Für einen Strandbesuch war ebenfalls alles vorhanden was man für einen Tag am Meer so braucht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und bedanken uns nochmal für alles bei Familie Eherer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das perfekte Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub
Wir (mein Ehemann, meine Nichte und mein 4-jähriges Patenkind) waren 2 Wochen in der super schönen Villa Sunshine Paradise, die ihren Namen zu Recht trägt. Wir waren schon beim Eintreten voll begeistert über die hohen Decken und die riesigen Räume sowie die liebevolle Einrichtung.
Als dann mein Patenkind am nächsten Tag nach dem Aufwachen den Pool sah, blieb ihr vor Staunen der Mund offen und sie konnte es gar nicht glauben dass wir dort die nächsten 14 Tage verbringen würden.
Die Kleine hat den Pool ausgiebig genossen. Uns fehlte es an nichts und auch die Betten waren super gemütlich. Selbst sein Fussball konnte mein Mann dort auf dem TV schauen. Ich könnte hier noch ewig weiterschreiben, aber seht es euch selbst an. Ihr werdet nichts bereuen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Sunshine Paradies
Dieses Feriendomizil kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Einfach nur traumhaft!
Angefangen hat schon alles mit dem freundlichen Kontakt zu Frau Eherer und Herrn Swoboda, dadurch haben wir uns schon gut betreut gefühlt.
Als es dann endlich Richtung Florida ging und wir gegen Abend unser Feriendomizil beziehen konnten, stellte sich sofort ein Wohlfühlfaktor ein! Dieser hielt die folgenden 16 Tage, denn in diesem Haus fehlt es an rein gar nichts! Alles was das Herz begehrt ist da und außerdem ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet, dass hat uns sehr gefallen!
Auch konnten wir von der überaus guten Ausstattung profitieren und haben bspw. die Strandausrüstung ausgiebig genutzt!
Alles in Allem war es einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir vermissen schon die Villa Sunshine Paradies und Florida.

Was soll man sagen :-)
Dieses Haus ist der absolute Knaller. Egal was man braucht, es ist vorhanden. Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Villa, und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Alles, aber auch alles ist im perfekten Zustand, und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit Frau Eherer, sowie Vorort mit Herrn Swoboda war immer sehr herzlich. Der Pool war bombastisch, und auch alles andere. Ich kann jedem, der eine schöne Villa mieten möchte, nur dieses Objekt empfehlen, auch wenn es für mich schwieriger fallen wird das nächste mal einen Termin zu finden. Vielen Dank nochmals an Frau Eherer und Herrn Swoboda.

Unser Traumhaus
im November waren wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und es war wie erwartet wieder wunderschön
Schon die Fahrt über die Brücke,der erste Blick zum Publix und wir wussten, bald sind wir wieder in "unserem Haus "
Wir hatten eine Box mit dem Schlüssel an der Haustür und es war wie nach Hause kommen!

Alles wunderbar!
Wir verbrachten hier einen tollen Urlaub.
Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir gut betreut, alle aufkommenden Fragen wurden nett und zuverlässig beantwortet.
Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der großzügige Poolbereich war unser liebster Ort, hier verbrachten wir viele Stunden.

Ein Traum
wie der Titel schon sagt...es war ein Traumhaus !!!!!....Hineinkommen,sich wohlfühlen, zu Hause sein!!! damit ist eigentlich das wichtigste schon gesagt!...zu erwähnen ist auch der supernette Kontakt vorher (und auch jetzt noch) zu den Eigentümern
Im Haus selber ist alles da was man braucht, es war sauber und mit viiiel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mein Lieblingsplatz war die schöne Terrasse und der Pool :-)
die tolle Lage macht das ganze noch perfekter, kurze Wege zum nächsten Public/Walmart, zu verschiedenen Restaurants,nicht weit bis zu den schönen Stränden nach Sanibel und auch 90 Min Fahrtzeit bis Siesta Key sind kein Problem ! nicht zu vergessen die Tanger und Miromar Outlet die man in ca 35 Min erreicht !
Die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes durch Herrn Swoboda war spitze...er hat uns auch geholfen dass wir in Florida heiraten konnten..vielen vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür
Wenn unsere Urlaubsplanung für nächstes Jahr genehmigt ist, werden wir 100%ig dieses Haus ganz oben auf unsere Liste setzen!!!!
