Description
Enjoy your Florida holiday in the completely renovated and lovingly furnished Villa Sunshine Paradise in Cape Coral.
The house offers you a large pool with SPA (electrically heated) and a south-facing terrace. In the outdoor area you will also find a table for 6 people and 4 sun loungers, which invite you to relax by the spacious pool. There is also a gas barbecue for those typical American BBQ evenings
The interior of the house also lacks nothing. A fully equipped kitchen is a matter of course. The three bedrooms with vinyl floor (1x king size, 2x queen size) are comfortably furnished and each has a chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe. In the master bedroom there is also an LED TV. One of the 2 bathrooms has direct access to the pool. The living room has a leather couch and Smart TV with internet access.
The entire living area is tiled and you can surf the secured Wi-Fi throughout the house. Normal electricity consumption is already included in the rental price (pool heating only in the winter season, in summer for a small extra charge). A collection of board games and a small selection of books are also available
The house is fully equipped for 6 persons: Crockery, towels and bed linen are provided.
Since we, as owners, also spend our holidays in our house, we improve and change our villa with every stay, therefore you will find a lovingly designed holiday home

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral, also called the Venice of Florida, is ideal for a carefree holiday in a holiday home. Everything can be reached in a short time. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants for every taste. Leisure facilities (mini golf, water park, golf etc.) are also available. Day trips to the Everglades or various theme parks (Bush Garden) are also possible. The sought-after shopping malls and outlets (Miromar, Sanibel, etc.) are only a 30-40 minute drive away.
To the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Lovers Key State Park etc. it takes about 30 minutes. Cape Coral itself has a small beach and harbour with excellent gastronomy. The nearest airport (RSW) is about 2o miles (30 minutes) away. The popular cities of Tampa and Miami are also about 2 hours away. Orlando is a highlight for amusement park fans, it takes about 3.5 hours to get there. Cape Coral and Fort Myers also offer numerous golf courses for golf lovers
The climate is extremely pleasant all year round, as there is almost always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico. On average, Florida has 330 days of sunshine, which is why it is also called the Sunshine State. The water temperature of the Gulf rarely falls below 23 degrees Celsius. This means you can swim and visit the beach all year round
Nearest beach : Cape Coral Beach in about 5 miles. The beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel Island can be reached quickly by rental car
Fort Myers Beach: in approx. 12 miles
Nearest 18-hole golf course: in the immediate vicinity (approx. 1 mile). Optimal for golf lovers: there are 6 golf courses within a radius of 5 miles
Shopping facilities: Publix supermarket, Target etc. within approx. 0.5 miles.
Besides sunny days at the beach, the nightlife in Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach with numerous restaurants and bars is very entertaining.
Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers or Estero.
You can visit various theme parks in Orlando or Tampa. Cities like Miami, Tampa and Naples can be reached within a day trip.
The Everglades safari tours can be reached in about 45 minutes.

We had another great vacation.
We were there for the second time and it was again a wonderful vacation. The house is located in a quiet area. It is very well equipped. Quick and nice contact with the property manager if you have questions. We can only recommend spending a vacation there.

Beautiful vacation in Cape Coral
We spent two weeks in the Villa Sunshine Paradise and had an amazing vacation in Cape Coral. We were two in the villa, and there was more than enough space for us. The house had everything we needed. The pool is also very nice ;). The villa is located in a very quiet area. In the nearby surroundings, there are restaurants and supermarkets like Publix, Aldi, and Target. It takes 5-8 minutes, depending on traffic and time, to get to the bridge to Fort Myers. From booking to departure, and without exaggeration, a really great service. Questions are answered very quickly, whether by the owner or property management.
Those looking for a beautiful house are very well advised here.

Dreamy house with a beautiful garden.
We were as a family in this dream house.
The first impression was already a wow.
There was nothing missing in the house. It was top furnished. There was enough crockery available, as well as pots and pans, towels, beach towels, cool boxes, swim rings, and everything else you can think of.
What is also great is that I have all the common spices in the cupboard, and what I had left over was also left on site.
The pool and garden were very well maintained.
Simply fantastic - always happy to return.

Perfect vacation destination
A house that impressed us from the first moment!
From the reservation, through the booking, to the stay in Cape Coral, we were happy to have made the decision to stay at Villa Sunshine.
Service-oriented hosts, an almost perfect and lovingly equipped house, a great pool with a spa and a really spacious terrace made the beautiful time an unforgettable experience.
There's nothing missing!
From the game collection, through a perfectly equipped kitchen, from bicycles to umbrellas and beach chairs, from foosball to 3 very nicely equipped bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Beautiful and impeccable furniture, washer and dryer.
If problems arise, the management and the hosts are immediately available and find a quick and reliable solution.
The location is very good as promised. From Aldi, through Publix and Target, shopping opportunities are within easy reach.
Countless restaurants can be reached within 10-15 minutes. It is also not far to the outlet malls for shopping enthusiasts.
In short, we were able to spend a fantastic holiday in fantastic accommodation!
We would like to thank the Eherer family from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to return as soon as possible!!!
