From the moment you enter, the view creates a real “wow effect.” Your gaze sweeps through the expansive living and dining area, across the beautiful pool terrace, and out to the open, blue water. The location is also ideal for boating enthusiasts: the river can be reached comfortably in just a few minutes.
Living between indoors and outdoors – perfectly staged
Open the large glass sliding doors, and the living area transitions seamlessly into the spacious outdoor terrace and pool area. Start your morning with a coffee from the fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine), find your favorite spot outside, and simply enjoy the view. With several private lounge areas, a large pool deck, and a tiki hut directly on the water, the house offers plenty of space for everyone – whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or together with another family.
The beautifully renovated pool is surrounded by an attractive natural stone deck and features modern glass tiles as well as soothing water features. Thanks to a modern, skin-friendly saltwater system, aggressive chlorinated water and irritated eyes are a thing of the past. Spend the afternoon cooling off in the pool while gazing at the water, before ending the day with one of Cape Coral’s spectacular sunsets.
Your private resort on the water
The outdoor area is the heart of Villa Key West. Relax on luxurious, high-quality sun loungers, enjoy your lunch or dinner at the outdoor dining table, or prepare a family barbecue at the custom grill station with its own refrigerator. For added comfort, a professional insect-misting system on the terrace – similar to those in major resorts in Florida – ensures you can enjoy the beautiful evenings outdoors undisturbed.
Down at the private boat dock, comfortable seating right by the water invites you to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or a magnificent sunset. The dock is also a surprisingly good spot for fishing. Guests have caught snapper, sheepshead, snook, and other fish species here – sometimes big, sometimes small, but always an experience. Keep an eye on the water – dolphins and manatees are frequent visitors and make the waterfront experience truly special. Two kayaks are also available, allowing you to explore Cape Coral’s waterways directly from your own backyard. A boat lift can also be provided upon request.

The fun continues indoors. The private game room is equipped with a pool table, dartboard, and foosball table – ideal for children, teenagers, and adults alike. Music lovers will appreciate the Sonos Wi-Fi speaker system; you can enjoy your favorite music and playlists throughout the villa and pool area directly from your mobile device. A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to visit, for example, the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats available can be found directly on our website. When booking, you can select the boat you want directly.

In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees apply:
• From the start of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
• From the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount
• From the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the invoice amount
The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received by us within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that the booking will be cancelled by us.
A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.

From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

I loved this place. I would like to come back soon. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The pool was great, but sometimes it was too hot.

It was one of the best Florida experiences we have had to date!
Expect a beautiful space. I highly recommend renting a boat. Look forward to a great kitchen and outdoor space, beautiful bedroom and balcony views of the canal, dolphins, and surrounding area. You will wish you lived here!

This house is FABULOUS!
It has access to the gulf by boat - yet it’s on a Great Lake instead of just a skinny waterway where you are staring at your neighbors from the back deck. This view is fabulous to wake up to and a dream to fall asleep to the twinkling lights on the water. The house itself is super spacious, the beds were comfy, two living rooms was a bonus, the kids loved the pool and the pool table, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The hot tub is a bit clunky to operate, but it was worth the hassle to relax each night looking out over the water.
