Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to visit, for example, the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

I loved this place. I would like to come back soon. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The pool was great, but sometimes it was too hot.

It was one of the best Florida experiences we have had to date!
Expect a beautiful space. I highly recommend renting a boat. Look forward to a great kitchen and outdoor space, beautiful bedroom and balcony views of the canal, dolphins, and surrounding area. You will wish you lived here!

This house is FABULOUS!
It has access to the gulf by boat - yet it’s on a Great Lake instead of just a skinny waterway where you are staring at your neighbors from the back deck. This view is fabulous to wake up to and a dream to fall asleep to the twinkling lights on the water. The house itself is super spacious, the beds were comfy, two living rooms was a bonus, the kids loved the pool and the pool table, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The hot tub is a bit clunky to operate, but it was worth the hassle to relax each night looking out over the water.
