Description

A high-quality implementation in construction and fittings awaits you. The living space is about 210 sqm and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a billiards room.

All bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and have their own bathroom. One of the bathrooms also has a modern bathtub, inviting relaxation. The other two bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower. Large sliding glass doors in the villa provide a spectacular view of the wide canal. Next to the open-plan living area is the pool table, where you can spend great game evenings.

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The TV in the living area is also equipped with Apple TV. Additionally, you can watch all German TV programs with your own TV box.

The high-quality equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. Nespresso machine available (please bring capsules).

The pool area is generously designed. Here you will find loungers and also a lounge corner for relaxing. You can spend the evening there by the fire pit. An outdoor shower is also available. The entire outdoor area is paved with high-quality travertine (natural stone). In the outdoor kitchen with the BBQ grill, you can grill great US steaks.

Another highlight of the villa is the infinity pool, which gives the impression that it is boundless and merges into the wide canal. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Essentially, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You will definitely no longer have irritated eyes.

Beach towels, beach chairs & a cooler box are also available for your excursions.

For sporty vacationers, two kayaks are available for free use - always at your own risk.

For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, attractions, and much more.

Renting a boat is recommended!!! In Florida, no boat license is required and the boat you rent from us is anchored directly at your private boat dock, ready to head for the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats available for selection on our website coralvilla-florida.com.

With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we want to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area. Pets are not allowed.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. You will find many shopping possibilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
