Description
This villa stands for pure well-being and holiday enjoyment. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by warm colours and an inviting view of the pool and water.
The wooden floors give the house a beautiful ambience. The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger and you can spend cosy film evenings on the sofa. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family and friends. A table football table provides fun and entertainment!
The villa has two separate sleeping areas on each side, ideal for several families. So everyone has their own area.
There are four bedrooms in total, two with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds, as well as three bathrooms, each with a shower and WC. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with a flatscreen TV.
On the covered terrace there is a lovely large dining table and a gas barbecue. You can relax in the cosy lounge area with TV and on the sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sun. The large pool is electrically heated and guarantees fun and games!
In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
There are also two kayaks available for you to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.
In the house you will find a personalised information folder with numerous tips for excursions, supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.
Boat hire is recommended!!! No boat licence is required in Florida and the boat you hire from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
