The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, just 1 minute from the Isar, where you can directly start your walk or hike.
You can park either on Kresenzerweg or at the free parking lot at the ice stadium (free of charge).
It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the center, to stroll, sit in a cafe, or go out to eat.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
If canceled up to 60 days before arrival, only a processing fee of €25 will be charged. After that, 80% of the accommodation price will be due IF the apartment cannot be rented out to someone else.

Arrival, explanation, cleanliness, equipment all to my utmost satisfaction. Communication with Ms. Wurmer was pleasant and warm even in advance. Always quick responses to questions. As a solo traveler, I felt very well cared for. That's how one wishes it to be. I would gladly come back.

Beautiful stay in Mittenwald
The holiday apartment Carola 2 was our starting point for a wonderful vacation in Mittenwald. From the quiet location and short distances to shopping facilities as well as to the city center, it is perfectly suited as a starting point for various excursions.
The holiday apartment was very clean and had a complete equipment with everything one needs in everyday life. Various games were also available. The balcony with a view of Kranzberg invites you to relax after hikes.
A thoroughly relaxing vacation.

Great vacation in the best location
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment Carola 2. The house is located directly on the Isar. The apartment is well-equipped; there is actually nothing missing. It immediately stood out to us that this apartment is extremely CLEAN; I would even give it an extra star!!! Mrs. Wurmer is a very nice host who is truly dedicated! We will definitely come back!

Wellness vacation in Mittenwald – Absolutely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a fantastic stay at the Carola 2 vacation apartment and can only highly recommend it.
What we particularly liked:
Top location: The apartment is the perfect starting point to explore Mittenwald. You can quickly reach the historic town center, but still have the necessary peace to truly unwind. Hiking trails start practically at the front door.
Smooth booking: Everything went like clockwork in advance. The booking process was uncomplicated, transparent, and completed very quickly.
First-class support: A special thank you goes to the property management, Ms. Wurmer. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. She is warm, professional, and ensures that you feel welcome as a guest right away.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a cozy, well-located accommodation with excellent service is exactly right here. We will definitely be happy to return!
