Great holiday home in a very good location. From here, you can take many excursions (Neuschwanstein Castle, Zugspitze Garmisch Partenkirchen, etc.). The landlords are great and very accommodating. Absolutely recommended.

The house itself is very nicely done and you find everything your heart desires, private sauna in the house, fireplace, grill, and numerous kitchen utensils. The concept is definitely worth its weight in gold. We had a great time. However, there are one or two things why I can't give 5 stars. On one hand, the houses are equipped with curtains, but not everywhere, e.g. At the terrace door that leads into the garden, and because it is designed so that all gardens from all houses face the same direction, it is quite annoying that there is no privacy. In the shower by the window, there is also no blind, which is more than questionable. From our terrace, you could easily look into the first floor of the neighbors' big house, even though you didn't want to, because there are no blinds at the windows above, making it unavoidable. The gardens are hardly separated from each other, the small plants take years to grow into a proper hedge. Something else or larger plants simply belong there. Two of the shower rooms had hooks on the doors where you can hang the towels. Only in the largest shower directly next to the sauna was there no possibility to hang the towel or place anything down at all. The space would allow for a small side table to be set up and a few hooks to be hung. And the modern shower without a door... is a disaster... The water is spread all over the bathroom no matter how careful you are. You also have to say something about the cleanliness. The house does not seem very well maintained. It is quickly vacuumed and nothing more. In the kitchen, there are heavy stains and splashes on the cabinets. We arrived about half an hour before 4 PM and found that the cleaning staff was not yet in our house, as she is responsible for the entire facility and the large houses by herself. We came back an hour later at 4:30 PM and found that the house had been "cleaned" in that short time and the beds had been freshly made, all by one person. The fireplace and the grill were full of ash from previous guests. The cleaning staff simply needs more time or should not be alone so that the houses can be thoroughly cleaned. Our house for 4 people only had a two-seater in the living room, so if 4 adults had been there, there would have been no space to sit together except at the dining table. For a 2-night stay, 2 dishwasher tabs were provided... The houses are great and there is a feel-good atmosphere. We felt very comfortable as a couple. But as I said, a little more privacy and cleanliness would be very desirable, especially for the price...
