After an eventful day in the Alps, relax on the balcony with a view of the impressive mountains and let your soul unwind. You reach the apartment via an open staircase without passing through a stairwell. For your comfort, a reserved parking space is available directly at the house.
The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and coffee machine invites you to prepare regional specialties yourself. Of course, bed linen and all necessary utensils are provided. In the living area, a television and free Wi-Fi await you—ideal for relaxing or for longer stays, as long-term rentals are also possible. Washing machine and dryer are available to you and make your stay easier, especially for longer holidays. In the basement, there is a lockable bicycle room (also laundry room) with charging facilities for electric bikes. The rental price includes all additional costs as well as final cleaning, etc.
The entire apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Our house is located in the south of Mittenwald on Ferchenseestraße. Nearby is the Krausegarten Kurpark. Our location is very convenient for hikes or (e-)bike tours to Lautersee and Ferchensee, or also for more demanding hiking tours. Within a short walking distance are the Rewe supermarket as well as several restaurants and a beverage market. The historic center of Mittenwald is also reachable within a short walk.
