The flat is approx. 35 m² in size (combined living room and bedroom) and has 2 full-size beds with high-quality pocket spring mattresses as a foldaway bed
The kitchen is equipped with sink, fridge incl. freezer, ceramic hob, microwave/hot air, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
The sunny balcony faces south. Pets are not allowed
The beautiful hiking trails into the Karwendel mountains, to the Mittenwald hut, to the Brunnstein hut, to the Hochland hut or to the Damkar hut start directly in front of the front door. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Karwendel mountain railway.

The flat is located directly at the foot of the Karwendel mountains. The well-known towns of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Seefeld can be reached from Mittenwald in about 20 minutes by car. Both places can also be easily reached by bike.
