We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The location is perfectly situated for the village of Hahnenklee. The village has a beautiful park, nice terraces, and many great hikes that you can start from your apartment. It is also very dog-friendly everywhere. The apartment itself was clean and neatly furnished. It is even more spacious than it looks in the photos and very comfortable. The balcony was perfect with these summer temperatures. The hosts are very attentive and ensure that you feel welcome. In short; we hope to return here and recommend the stay.

We spent our vacation in the holiday home at Waldschlösschen and will fondly remember our stay. The small wooden houses are located in a quiet, beautiful environment in the heart of the Harz.
In the house, you can really find everything a family might need in everyday life during a vacation – starting with small items like salt to a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, and even a drying rack. One immediately notices that someone has put a lot of thought and heart into the furnishings. Above all, care has been taken to ensure that everything is practical and functional, allowing for comfort even during a longer stay.
Of course, one can see that the holiday home has been around for several years. At the same time, it is evident that it is well-maintained and that necessary repairs and improvements are carried out regularly. The location is also an excellent starting point – both for hikes in the mountains and for excursions to other places and sights in the Harz.
The hosts were very friendly and warm. We can say the same about Lautenthal and its residents – during our stay, we repeatedly encountered very friendly and helpful people.
Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation here. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! ❤️
