The luxury holiday flat is approx. 85sqm and is divided into a cosy living/dining room with access to two large sun loggias, two comfortable bedrooms with box-spring beds (electrically adjustable), a bath with bathtub and WC, a large shower room with built-in IR heat cabin and a separate fitted kitchen with breakfast balcony
In the kitchen, numerous appliances offer you relaxed cooking & preparation on holiday. Highlights: Dishwasher & fully automatic coffee machine
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa set with two stressless relax chairs, Dolby surround system, flat screen TV, PlayStation 4 and a bioethanol fireplace. High-speed DSL internet access via WLAN is available free of charge in the entire holiday flat!

Our luxury holiday flat "Köhnke 7" is located in Goslar and its district Hahnenklee. It is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Hahnenklee and in the immediate vicinity are various restaurants and cafés, the spa ponds, the Erlebnisbocksberg with Bocksbergbob and the very popular Liebesbankweg. A bakery can be reached on foot in max. ten minutes.

Perfekter Urlaub
Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig.
Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vor der Tür.

Tadellose 5-Sterne Ferienwohnung
Nagelneue 3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung, der es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, geräumig und wirklich alles vorhanden, was es braucht - zwei Bäder und sogar eine kleine Sauna! In Wohn- und Schlafräumen Top-Technik verbaut und eine wirklich voll ausgestattete Küche. WLAN und Parkplatz vor der Wohnung vorhanden und inklusive - was will man mehr?

Immer wieder gern!
Eine Woche Aufenthalt im August 2020

Können Fotos lügen? Ja – aber hier auf keinen Fall!!!
Wir haben uns in der neu und modern eingerichteten, großen Wohnung sofort heimisch gefühlt. Das Mobiliar wurde sehr sorgsam zusammengestellt und auf Bequemlichkeit ausgerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt. Die Küche verfügt über alle erforderlichen Gerätschaften. Gerade in dieser Zeit haben wir das gut genutzt und als sehr angenehm empfunden.
Die zahlreich vorhandene Technik haben wir kaum in Anspruch genommen, dafür war das Wetter zu gut. Aber das schnelle Internet ist super.
Handtücher stehen in großer Anzahl zur Verfügung. Sollte etwas fehlen –bei uns war es nur eine Blumenvase- wird es sofort geliefert. Überhaupt haben wir selten solche netten, engagierten und aufmerksamen Vermieter erlebt.
Hahnenklee ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen und liegt immer noch im Grünen. Mit dem Wagen kann man schnell viele weitere Ausflugsziele erreichen.
Nach einer mehrstündigen Wanderung wieder in der Wohnung anzukommen und dann die Infrarot-Kabine zu nutzen, ist wunderbar entspannend und ein echtes Highlight.
Ob wir wiederkommen? Keine Frage – wir haben schon weitere Termine gebucht und freuen uns darauf.

Wir waren mit unserem 12 jährigen Sohn für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Luxuswohnung.
Schon bei der Anreise waren wir über den Ort Hahnenklee sehr begeistert.
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und fuhren zusammen zur Ferienwohnung.
In der Wohnung wurde uns alles sehr genau erklärt :)
Es war alles pikobello sauber :) und es roch dort sehr angenehm :)
Die Wohnung ist einfach WOW... sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet :))
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt...
Unser Sohn war auch voll begeistert...
Er hatte schnelles Internet, Playstation 4 zum Zocken, Netflix und YouTube.
Die Vermieter mit ganzer Familie waren super nett... alles machen sie möglich und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.
Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder :) :) :)
