Our luxury holiday flat "Köhnke 7" is located in Goslar and its district Hahnenklee. It is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Hahnenklee and in the immediate vicinity are various restaurants and cafés, the spa ponds, the Erlebnisbocksberg with Bocksbergbob and the very popular Liebesbankweg. A bakery can be reached on foot in max. ten minutes.

Perfect Vacation
It was a perfect vacation. The equipment is high quality. The landlord is courteous and always helpful. The location is very central. Parking is free in front of the door.

Impeccable 5-star vacation rental
Brand new 3-bedroom holiday apartment that really has everything. Very high-quality furnishings, spacious, and truly everything you need - two bathrooms and even a small sauna! Top technology installed in living and sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi and parking in front of the apartment available and included - what more could you want?

Always happy to do it again!

Can photos lie? Yes - but not here!!!
We immediately felt at home in the newly and modernly furnished, spacious apartment. The furniture was carefully selected and focused on comfort. The cleanliness was perfect. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Especially during this time, we used it a lot and found it very pleasant.
We hardly used the numerous available technology, as the weather was too good. But the fast internet is great.
Towels are available in large quantities. If something is missing - for us it was only a flower vase - it will be delivered immediately. In general, we have rarely experienced such nice, dedicated and attentive landlords.
Hahnenklee is a good starting point for extensive hikes and is still surrounded by greenery. With the car, you can quickly reach many other excursion destinations.
After a several-hour hike, coming back to the apartment and then using the infrared sauna is wonderfully relaxing and a real highlight.
Will we come back? No question - we have already booked more dates and are looking forward to it.

We stayed in this wonderful luxury apartment for 2 weeks with our 12-year-old son. Right from the arrival, we were very excited about the place Hahnenklee. We were welcomed very nicely and together drove to the vacation rental. Everything in the apartment was explained to us very precisely :) It was perfectly clean :) and it smelled very pleasant there :) The apartment is just WOW... very cozy, decorated with a lot of love and taste :)) We didn't miss anything. Our son was also completely thrilled. He had fast internet, Playstation 4 for gaming, Netflix, and YouTube. The landlords with their whole family were super nice, doing everything possible and always with a smile on their face. We will definitely come back :) :) :)
