Description
The approx. 85 sqm completely renovated holiday home is located in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried in the Harz Mountains, approx. 5 km from Bad Sachsa. Supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance.
It offers space for 4 adults + 1 child. On 2 floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with us. On the ground floor you will find a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of them with a balcony. The terrace and the small completely fenced garden complete the picture.
The kitchen is integrated into the living-dining area. It is equipped with:
- Ceramic hob
- Oven
- Dishwasher
- 30L freezer compartment
- large fridge
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- sufficient cutlery and crockery
The living and dining room has direct access to the terrace and the fenced garden. It is equipped with a large couch and armchairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection, radio and CD/DVD player. Adjacent is a dining table for 5 people.
The large bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a large wardrobe and a large double bed.
The other two bedrooms are located in the converted attic. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and an additional flat screen TV. In the second bedroom you will find a single bed and a cot, this bedroom has direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom is modern and has a large real glass shower.
The terrace is accessible from the living room and offers a wonderful view of the idyllic little garden, which is completely fenced in. Garden furniture is available free of charge.
In the entrance area you will find a small covered lounge.
A garage is available and can be used.

Cleanliness very good, surroundings ideal for hiking. Unfortunately, located on a very busy main street. Otherwise highly recommended.

Vielen Dank für das tolle Feedback. Zur Strasse viel befahren nur weil es in der Umgebung aufgrund von Bauarbeiten einige gesperrte Straßen gab und die Umleitung über die Strasse hinter dem Haus ging.

Danke für das nette Feedback. Zu den Parkmöglichkeiten haben wir mehrfach (in der Anreisemail, im Eingangsbereich und in der Mappe) auf Alternativen direkt am Haus hingewiesen die auch von nicht so versierten Parkern problemlos genutz werden können
