We have already been there twice for a few days, but it is really a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The contact with the landlord was very nice and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and we didn't miss anything. It is very quiet and you can relax nicely. Perfect location, the paths are not far and you can easily reach various hiking trails. We will definitely vacation with them again. Best regards.

Simply feel comfortable

We had a wonderful time with the whole family at the Romantika house. The vacation home is very well equipped, the decor is stylish and cozy with large rooms and very comfortable sleeping options. We were able to enjoy the sun terrace with an idyllic view in absolute peace every day. The location is also particularly noteworthy - after a few steps, you are directly in the green on a popular hiking trail (Liebesbankweg) past several lakes, but also the center of Hahnenklee with the stave church can be reached quickly on foot. The communication during the booking and also on site was very friendly and accommodating. We have already vacationed at the house for the second time and will definitely come back!

Among the numerous attractions of the charming spa town Bad Sachsa with Art Nouveau architecture is the Borderland Museum, which displays a wealth of original exhibits showing the development of the inner German border of the Harz from 1945 until the reunification. Admission costs €4 for adults, children up to 12 years enter free. It is open from March to December at the following times (as of November 2023): • Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun: 1 – 5 PM The Wöltingerode Monastery is famous for its fine spirits from the monastery distillery. During a tour and tasting, visitors learn all about the art of spirits production and the history of the monastery.
