Great weekend

We spent a great weekend with 10 people in the holiday home. Contact with the landlady was super friendly and uncomplicated. The handing over and dropping off of the keys was also no problem. The equipment is great. Everything you need is there. Especially enough dishes and glasses for such a large group. The cleanliness is impeccable and a welcome champagne is a really nice gesture. I deduct one star for the garden. It is not suitable for activities. But there is enough space for barbecues and sitting outside. The location is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town, so it's a fair walk to the centre. Nevertheless, it was really great overall.

Beautiful

We were very impressed with the house. We were warmly welcomed with champagne and good spirits. The landlords were very kind and helpful. Short vacation in heaven

We were with 9 people from our bowling club on a short vacation in Himmelreich.
The house is very well maintained, everything was impeccable and very clean. The equipment is modern and truly complete. We used the house with its amenities such as sauna, fireplace and terrace for relaxation from everyday life. The house is conveniently located as a starting point for excursions. The short vacation was very nice. We will come back.

Very clean holiday home in a beautiful residential area.

After our arrival, we were kindly welcomed by the landlord with champagne on the table. The house is very clean and suitable for 12 people. We were allowed to use everything available in the house and were told to contact the landlord anytime with any concerns. The house is located in a beautiful residential area. Shopping facilities and restaurants are close by. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes everything you need. In addition, there is a second living room in the basement which is equipped with many games. Here, too, nothing is lacking.

We were welcomed with Champagne and orange juice in a super beautiful, super clean house located in a quiet residential area. The bedrooms, as well as the entire house, are lovingly furnished. The numerous bathrooms are very nice. Even in the basement, there are fly screens on the windows. This house lacks nothing. The two large tables (dining area and terrace) are great for large groups. In addition, there is also a sufficient supply of crockery and kitchen equipment. There is simply nothing missing. The large grill is also excellent. The landlords are very warm and friendly.

We were able to spend our holiday in this beautiful house. We were greeted with champagne and orange juice.

The landlords are very kind and were immediately there if something was missing or needed. They also gave tips for the numerous activities in the area.

The house is quietly located, within a few kilometers you will find several shopping opportunities. In the immediate vicinity, there is a very nice playground and in front of the house, there is a large meadow. The house is generously laid out, equipped with everything you need, and it was really very clean. The dining area offers ample space for everyone both indoors and outdoors.

Pearl from the Kingdom of Heaven!!!

Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

We were welcomed very warmly by the hosts with champagne and orange juice (for the children), a vacation couldn't start better.
The house is very modern and clean. It is beautifully located on a hill and in the village you have everything you need (from swimming pool, bowling alley, many restaurants, and shopping opportunities). Also, hiking right outside the door is possible.
By car, you are very quickly in the middle of the Harz Mountains, a great starting point no matter where! ! ! We will definitely come back.

Dear Mrs. Hölzel, thank you very much! Everything was perfect, nice hosts and a great house! We were 10 people in this superbly furnished house. Each one of us was very impressed, everything is there and every little detail has been considered. There are tips on where to eat, shop, or go for outings, and everything is truly available. The 5 stars in all categories are truly deserved here. Whoever furnishes and rents out their house with so much love even deserves more stars. We checked in with the whole family bunch at your place. It was so great. Thank you for that. For evaluation, a very beautiful house, lovingly furnished down to the last detail. The living-dining area is very large and spacious so that everyone had room in the evening. The bedrooms are very bright and beautifully furnished. Everything you need is there. Even if, like us, you arrive with two small children. High chair and travel cot are available. If the weather had been better, the great terrace would have been wonderful for relaxing in the evening. Excursion destinations are nearby. Shopping opportunities can also be easily reached with a short drive. We are thrilled. Short trip on Corpus Christi

Dear Hölzel family,
Over the extended Corpus Christi weekend, 3 families (11 people) had a great time at Himmelreich! The welcome upon arrival was very friendly and heartfelt, as were the phone calls before booking. The house offers all the comforts one could wish for. The two tables indoors and outdoors were fantastic, accommodating us all and always serving as the meeting point for young and old. The new Chill Lounge! Also worth mentioning is the open kitchen-living area. Plenty of space for everyone, including a bathroom! The large basement with sleeping spaces, shower, and a common room with a TV served as a retreat for the kids. Through the serpentine roads, we headed up to the "Himmelreich" (Heavenly Kingdom) and various highlights of the Harz region. Rappbode Dam with Megazipline, Brocken, Hexentanzplatz (Witches' Dance Floor), Braunlage. . . . . Great!

Wunderbares Wochenende

We were here as a group of 10 students.
The landlady is very accommodating and friendly. The house is beautifully located in a quiet area, and supermarkets can be reached in a short time. The bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor are nicely bright and comfortably furnished. The 4 sleeping places in the basement are perfect for people who stay up late and don't want to wake the others.
The common room in the basement is equipped with many games. On the ground floor, there is also a large comfortable couch next to the fireplace. The large dining table was great, as we also had to work for up to 10 people and eat together. The kitchen is a bit small for a maximum of 12 people, but with coordination, it is manageable. The kitchen equipment is also sufficient. In the garden, there is a large table with chairs that we unfortunately could not use due to the weather. A large grill is also available. Even the final cleaning is included in the price. At the end of our stay, we were given a 10% voucher as a gift. We were very satisfied and will definitely go there again.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende

A very nice, clean, and well-kept holiday home. We had great weather, could barbecue on the terrace, and make ourselves comfortable by the fireplace in the cool evenings. The landlords are very nice people, so a chat stretched pleasantly and we learned a thing or two about Osterode and the area with its possibilities. All in all, a very nice extended weekend.

In the kingdom of heaven

We, 9 friends, had a great weekend at Himmelreich! Arrival was uncomplicated. We were greeted by a kind and courteous Mrs. and Mr. Hölzel, and a welcome bubbly was already on the table!
The bedrooms are lovingly furnished, with 3 very clean bathrooms (so no problems in the morning).
We spent very nice and cozy hours by the fireplace in the common area. A sunny terrace and a great grill are also available. The location of the house is good and is directly next to the forest. The town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
We had a great weekend in the Harz.

The name says it all!

We had a truly great weekend at Himmelreich at the beginning of February. Not only my boyfriend and I were more than impressed by the location and the house, but our 5 friends also found nothing negative. The first impression counts, a beautiful house in the middle of the mountain! All around green and a fantastic view from the terrace. The Hölzel family welcomed us warmly, so we felt super comfortable from the start. The rooms are lovingly furnished, and the absolute highlight is the open dining/living area with the fireplace! We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the view from the terrace in the great weather! Looking forward to seeing you again soon :)

Successful short trip!

We were at the beginning of February with 8 people in this house and everyone was really positively surprised. It is very clean and equipped with all comforts. The landlords are extremely nice and accommodating. The pictures on the internet often promise more than they can keep, but here it was different. Even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos! The house is very spacious and extensive, so that despite the spatial proximity, you could also have some privacy. Special mention should be made of the 3 floors, each equipped with a shower or bathtub. The highlight, however, was the beautiful marble fireplace and the open kitchen where everyone could always be together.

Location:
You can quickly reach the Upper Harz and Goslar is also easily accessible via a picturesque serpentine road. This house is also great as a starting point for hikes.

Familientreffen

The house is perfect for family gatherings, my husband's siblings live distributed in Germany, so we were able to arrange a family reunion and had a really nice weekend. The house has very good amenities, we all cooked together and later had a cozy evening by the fireplace. The reception was very warm, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. Each bedroom is lovingly furnished, and in the morning, everyone can wash and get ready in peace. The house is very clean, and day trips to the Harz Mountains can be easily organized from here.
