Description
The holiday flat has a spacious living-dining room and 2 separate bedrooms with room for 4 people. A large, opaque terrace invites you to enjoy a cosy barbecue. A parking space in the courtyard is of course at your disposal. The living-dining room is comfortably and modernly furnished, with connection to the terrace. It has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. Wifi is available free of charge. Both bedrooms have high-quality Vorwerk carpeting. One bedroom has a raised double bed. Both beds measure 1.80x2 metres. We will gladly provide you with additional blankets and pillows upon request. We offer you a spacious kitchen with seating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a built-in cooker with ceramic hob. There is also a coffee machine as well as a capsule machine, bread slicer, kettle and other various kitchen appliances. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. The shower has a ground level entrance. A hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror and various care products are available for you. Our holiday flat is pet-free and non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Our small village is located between the historic imperial town of Goslar and the beautiful spa town of Bad Harzburg. A few steps away from the house is a children's playground. A football field is also not far away. Bus connections are only a few minutes' walk away, as are shopping facilities, various doctors and pharmacies. As Harlingerode is a district of Bad Harzburg, we do not charge the local visitor's tax. In Harlingerode you can make bicycle tours and walks through the beautiful fields. The Brocken is only 18.4 km away. You can reach the Brocken on foot or from Wernigerode by taking the romantic Harzquerbahn. Bad Harzburg also offers its guests the only large cabin cable car in northern Germany, which saves you the arduous climb to the castle hill. The tree-top walk in Bad Harzburg, which has its entrance tower 30 metres above the ground, leads over 20 bridges and invites you to a little adventure. Bad Harzburg has a brine spa, the healing natural brine bubbling up from the 840-metre-deep DR. Harras-Schneider spring in 4 pools. The brine spa also offers a sauna experience. The Silberbornbad in Bad Harzburg is open from May to September. The indoor area has a 25-metre pool, a non-swimmer's pool, a paddling area for the little ones, a sauna area with a Finnish block sauna and a wellness and massage area. The outdoor area has a 50-metre giant slide and an adventure pool. In addition to a restaurant, the Rabenklippen also offers a lynx enclosure with feeding. A great restaurant is open from May to October at the Radau waterfall. The Molkenhaus forest inn has a great view of a clearing where there is game feeding. The town of Bad Harzburg offers its guests various guided tours and events, such as the chestnut blossom festival, horse racing weeks, old-timer meetings or the salt and light festival. The town centre invites you to take a leisurely stroll with its many small cafés. Braunlage is not far from Bad Harzburg. Braunlage offers a mountain bike trail. In winter, there is a chairlift with a ski lift and a snow machine. During the ice hockey season, the Harzer Falken play against other teams from the top league in the Wurmberg Stadium. For cross-country skiers, the Harz offers a large network of cross-country ski trails.

Beste Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigem Wohngebiet im Erdgeschoss und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich als Urlauber nur wünschen kann. Wir wurden freundlich von Familie Sievers begrüßt und es standen auch Begrüßungsgetränke (je 1 Fl. Bier, Sekt & Wasser ) sowie Naschwerk bereit.
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und die Boxspringbetten sind super zum schlafen. Es gibt überall Außenrollläden und die Wohnung ist auch überall sehr sauber. Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich.
Zum Neujahr wurden wir sogar mit einer Flasche Sekt beschenkt.
Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns nochmal recht herzlich.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Unser "Geheimtipp!"
Die liebenswerte Familie Sievers empfing uns herzlich am Anreisetag und stellte uns die in Paterre gelegene FeWo vor. Uns blieb vor Freude über diese schöne Unterkunft fast die Spucke weg. Uns wurde eine neu renovierte und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung präsentiert, die aber auch gar nichts vermissen lies. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit schönen Accessoires bestückt ist sie einfach ein Traum. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bockspringbetten, die sehr bequem waren, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten, einem Badezimmer mit bodenebener Dusche sowie einem großen Wohnzimmer mit allen Multimediageräten und Zugang zu einer großen Terasse zur Eigennutzung überraschten uns. Im Wohnzimmer war noch eine große Essecke vorhanden. Ein Heimnetz mit 100 MBit/s lies keine Wünsche offen und stand zur freien Verfügung. Die liebevoll gestalteten Gartenelemente mit Solarleuchten und vielen Blumen sorgen für eine angenehme Stimmung. Der reservierte Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus in der Einfahrt, war ein weiteres Plus. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist vonnöten um die Attraktionen in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Erholung pur ist garantiert. Dies alles und das unschlagbare Preis-Leistungsverhältnis machen die FeWo von Familie Sievers zu unserem "Geheimtipp". Psst, nicht weitersagen :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Vielen Dank nochmal , dass wir die Ferienwohnung mieten durften.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Wohnung sehr schön und Top eingerichtet ist. Und sehr ruhig gelegen. Selbst Gewürze war für den Anfang vorhanden.
Von hier aus kann man sehr gut Wandertouren unternehmen z.b. auf den Brocken.

Holiday honeymoon
We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is modern and furnished with a lot of love, we didn't want for anything. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained and planted. Excursion destinations can be easily reached by car in about half an hour, and the daily parking fees of € 3 to € 6 are also reasonable. We would rent this flat again at any time.

Sehr zu empfehlen !!!
Eine sehr schöne liebevoll mit Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung. Vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Einrichtungsmäßig fehlte es an nichts. Im Gegenteil, die vielen kleinen Extras übertrafen weit unsere Erwartungen.
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Urlaubstage mit unserer Enkelin und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Familie Sievers für die liebe Gastfreundlichkeit.
